Meet Shiffy Goldstein of ClearSpace by Shiffy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Shiffy Goldstein.

Hi Shiffy, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I spent over a decade working as a surgical technologist, a role that was both meaningful and fulfilling. But as my life evolved—raising a growing family, managing a home, commuting long hours, and attending nursing school—I found myself stretched too thin. I realized I needed to make a shift that would still allow me to help people in a meaningful way, just in a different setting.

That’s what led me to professional organizing. I’ve always loved creating order out of chaos, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your home stops working for you. Especially here in South Florida, where life moves fast and families are juggling so much, I saw a real need for support at home, especially for moms. My work is about more than bins and labels—it’s about restoring peace to people’s lives.

The truth is, living life takes a village. But so many moms are trying to do it all, often feeling overwhelmed, behind, and alone in the chaos. That’s where I step in; I help restore calm to the home by decluttering, creating personalized systems that work for each family’s needs and lifestyle, and making spaces more functional—so moms can stop drowning in laundry, piles of paperwork, and to-do lists and actually enjoy their home again.

Letting someone into your far-from-perfect-home takes courage, and I never take that lightly. I approach every project with empathy, respect, and zero judgment. Life is messy—I get it, so is mine at times! My role is to hold space for that, and help families find their rhythm again. Whether you’re navigating a new baby, a demanding career, or simply need someone in your corner, I’m here to help bring clarity, function, and peace back into your space. Because when your environment supports your life, everything flows easier.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—but I think that’s true for most meaningful paths. Transitioning from a decade in the medical field to starting my own business was both exciting and intimidating. I was learning a completely new industry while also juggling family life and the everyday demands of running a home. There were (and still are) moments of doubt—wondering if I could really make this work, questioning how to market myself, or how to balance being present for my kids while also showing up fully for my clients.

One of the biggest challenges has been growing a business while wearing all the hats—wife, mom, professional organizer, and part-time surgical technologist. There’s no real “off” switch, and like so many of the moms I work with, I’ve had to figure out how to build something meaningful without burning out.

But the struggles have also shaped my approach. They remind me that life doesn’t have to look perfect to function well. I bring that understanding into every project—holding space for the chaos, meeting families where they are, and helping them feel a little more supported and a little less alone. At the end of the day, the bumps in the road have made me more grounded, more empathetic, and more committed to the work I do.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
My business is all about bringing clarity, calm, and function into homes that feel overwhelming or out of sync with daily life. I’m a professional organizer based in South Florida, and I specialize in helping busy, often exhausted families—especially moms—reclaim their spaces. Whether it’s a cluttered kitchen, an overflowing playroom, a garage filled with boxes untouched for years, or a closet you can’t even walk through, I help simplify the mess and create systems that are easy to maintain long-term.

What sets me apart is the way I approach this work. Organizing isn’t just about making a space look pretty for Instagram and Pinterest—it’s about deeply understanding a family’s needs, habits, and stress points, and creating solutions that actually make life easier. I work one-on-one with clients in a way that’s highly personalized, respectful, and rooted in empathy. I don’t just declutter—I listen. I hold space. And I create order that reflects the way your household really functions.

I’m known for my attention to detail, discretion, and ability to transform not just spaces, but the energy within a home. Clients often tell me that working with me feels therapeutic, that they can breathe again, or finally enjoy their space without shame or overwhelm. That they appreciate my discretion and felt no shame whatsoever. That’s what I’m most proud of—restoring peace and confidence in people’s homes and lives, dignity intact.

My services include in-home organizing sessions and event-based organizing (like preparing for a baby that’s on the way, holidays or an upcoming move). In addition to my standard organizing services, I also offer specialty packages designed to support different seasons of life. One of my most popular is The Welcome Haven—a limited-time holiday package for clients who host guests. It includes organizing guest bedrooms and bathrooms, stocking them with travel-sized essentials, and even a fresh floral arrangement to help you host with confidence and ease.

For clients who want continued support, I offer a Monthly Maintenance Membership, which provides ongoing visits to keep systems running smoothly. Because life doesn’t stay still—things shift, kids grow, and needs change. This membership allows families to stay on top of it all without the stress of starting over every few months.

At the heart of it all, I want people to know this: asking for help isn’t a weakness. It’s a strength. Life is busy, messy, and beautifully complicated—and sometimes we all need a little help finding our rhythm again. I’m here for that journey.

What does success mean to you?
For me, success isn’t about flashy results or going viral. It’s about impact. If a client tells me they finally feel peace in their home, or that their mornings run more smoothly because of a system we put in place—that’s success. If a mom feels less overwhelmed, more in control, and can take a breath without looking around at piles of stuff—that’s a win.

I also define my personal success by balance. Being able to do work I love while still being present for my family, honoring my time, and showing up for my clients with genuine care—that matters to me deeply. It’s not always perfect, but when I can live in alignment with my values and help others feel supported in the process, that’s when I know I’m doing something right.

At the end of the day, success is helping people feel lighter, more confident, and more at home in their own spaces—and doing it in a way that also allows me to grow, both personally and professionally.
