Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Williams.
Brittany, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
As a little girl through high school, I helped my grandmother with her orders. When she passed, I took her over business on a much smaller scale. It wasn’t until a high school friend of mine opened a food truck and asked me to provide the desserts did I really begin to bake full-time. What initially started as full-size cake business morphed into a mini bundt cakes, cookies and treats.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Honestly, I cannot say that there has been any obstacles.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
If you were to ask me this about a year ago, I’d tell you I am most known for my mini bundt cakes. However as of late, my cookies are stealing the show!
I’d say what sets me apart, is that all of my baked goods are from scratch. I do not use cake box mixes or anything of the sort.
What’s next?
No big changes are in the plans at the moment. I am always trying new recipes and creating. So that will be focus for now.
