Devin, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I joined Classic Marble Restoration nearly 25 years ago with one goal in mind: to deliver the highest standard of stone care to South Florida’s most discerning homeowners, estate managers, and yacht crews & captains. I saw early on that while plenty of companies could “get the job done,” very few were built on long-term relationships, consistency, and pride in their craft. That’s where we stand apart.
As the owner, I stay involved in every aspect – from quoting jobs to managing operations and guiding the brand. I’m also a husband and father, and I carry those same values of loyalty, trust, and follow-through into my business. For me, this isn’t just about polishing marble – it’s about protecting beauty, earning trust, and building something that lasts. That’s the Classic standard.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road – but I’ve kept it steady by staying hands-on and accountable. One of the biggest challenges in this industry is maintaining high standards over time, especially when others in the field are cutting corners or outsourcing work. I’ve never relied on subcontractors, and I still personally quote every job, manage the schedule, oversee the work, and maintain every client relationship myself. That level of involvement takes a toll – but it also builds trust.
The real struggle is keeping everything sharp while wearing every hat: sales, operations, marketing, customer service – all while making sure my family stays the priority. There’s no safety net or backup crew behind the scenes – it’s just consistency, discipline, and showing up every single day. It’s not easy, but the reward is a reputation I can stand behind and a business that reflects my name and values.

We’re a family-owned and operated company based in South Florida, and for nearly 30 years we’ve specialized in high-end marble and natural stone restoration, polishing, and maintenance. Our work spans luxury residences, upscale condominiums, commercial spaces, and some of the world’s most impressive superyachts.

I don’t hand things off – I quote every job, consult directly with clients, and ensure our work reflects the level of excellence our reputation is built on.
