Inspiring Conversations with Isabella De Yavorsky of WellUp Collective

Today we’d like to introduce you to Isabella De Yavorsky.

Hi Isabella, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We started WellUp a little over a year ago with a simple idea: to create elevated, luxurious wellness experiences that brought people together in a meaningful way. What makes our story even more special is how it all began. We met when we were 11 years old at summer camp in our native Venezuela — and didn’t see each other again for more than a decade. When we unexpectedly reconnected in the fall of 2024, everything clicked. Two weeks later, WellUp was born.

Today, we’ve grown into an experiential wellness agency that curates activations not only for health and wellness brands, but also for lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and hospitality companies looking to build a deeper footprint in the wellness space. We also design wellness programming for hospitality groups through our wellness-hospitality vertical.

Our mission is to act as a “walking newsletter” for the industry — showcasing the best in apparel, beauty, health, and wellness through experiences that feel editorial, intentional, and unforgettable. In our first year alone, we’ve partnered with brands such as Pvolve, OSEA Malibu, Land Rover, and Lululemon.

One of our biggest highlights to date has been producing and curating the official launch of the Frame Reformer × Dua Lipa partnership at Casa Cipriani — where we crafted a fully immersive experience to announce Dua as Creative Director and Co-Founder of the brand. It was a defining moment for us and a beautiful reflection of what we strive to create: culture-shaping wellness experiences with depth, design, and purpose.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like any startup, it definitely hasn’t been a perfectly smooth road. Building something from the ground up requires a level of resilience and conviction that most people don’t see from the outside. But we’ve always had an incredibly clear vision for what WellUp could become — and that vision has kept us moving forward, working tirelessly until the reality matches the dream.
In the early days, one of the biggest challenges was getting brands to take a chance on us. We were new, unproven, and entering a very competitive space. Convincing partners to invest in our experiences, trust our creative direction, and align their brands with ours took time — and a lot of perseverance.
Today, after producing 50+ events and partnering with over 300 brands, we’ve built a reputation rooted in commitment, meticulous execution, and an obsession with excellence. Every experience we create is crafted to make our partners feel elevated, supported, and proud to be part of the world we’re building. That trust didn’t happen overnight — but it has become one of our greatest strengths as we continue to grow.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
WellUp is an experiential wellness agency at the intersection of movement, recovery, beauty, and modern lifestyle. We curate elevated activations and design-forward wellness experiences for brands, hospitality groups, and community audiences — always with an emphasis on storytelling, aesthetic intention, and cultural relevance.

What we do:
We specialize in crafting immersive wellness concepts that feel less like events and more like editorial moments. From influencer-driven activations to multi-day residencies, branded pop-ups, and custom hospitality programming, every experience is designed to showcase a brand’s identity through movement, ritual, and connection. We also serve as a strategic partner for brands that want to expand into the wellness space, helping them show up in a thoughtful, credible, and community-centered way.

What sets us apart:
Our strength is our ability to blend luxury hospitality, wellness culture, and creative production under one cohesive vision. We create experiences that feel aspirational but deeply human — events that people don’t just attend, but remember. We’re known for our attention to detail, our curated community, and our ability to bring together best-in-class partners across fitness, beauty, lifestyle, technology, and hospitality.

Another differentiator is our role as what we call a “walking wellness newsletter.” We’re constantly connecting brands to new audiences, new cities, new categories, and new ways of showing up through experiential marketing. This ecosystem has allowed us to partner with over 300 brands in under two years.

What we’re most proud of:
Brand-wise, one of our proudest moments was producing and curating the launch event for Frame Reformer × Dua Lipa at Casa Cipriani. Designing a full sensory experience to support Dua Lipa’s announcement as Creative Director and Co-Founder was a milestone that crystallized the level of artistry and precision we bring to our work.

But beyond the headliners, we’re equally proud of the trust we’ve built with our partners — from Pvolve, OSEA Malibu, and Land Rover to boutique beauty brands, wellness startups, and leading hospitality groups. We’re in the business of creating cultural moments, and each partnership is an opportunity to bring that to life.

What we want readers to know:
WellUp is more than an events company — it’s a creative studio rooted in community, wellness culture, and editorial-level execution. Whether we’re designing a launch, curating a residency, building a brand’s wellness footprint, or producing a boutique pop-up, our goal is always the same: to create experiences that inspire people to move, feel, and connect in a new way.

We’re shaping what the future of wellness experiences looks like — and we’re just getting started.

What are your plans for the future?
Honestly, the sky is the limit. We see WellUp evolving far beyond experiential events into a multi-vertical platform — one that seamlessly blends wellness, media, hospitality, and culture. A major part of our vision is expanding into the creative and media space, producing editorial-level content and storytelling that elevates our partner brands in a way that feels intentional, modern, and culturally resonant.
On the experiential front, we’re dreaming big. Some of our aspirational headlines include activations at Miami (or Monaco) F1, the US Open, Roland Garros, and other global cultural moments where wellness and lifestyle naturally intersect. We also envision designing retreats and full-scale wellness programming for the world’s most exclusive hotels — bringing our elevated, community-driven touch to properties seeking experiences that feel both intimate and iconic.
Geographically, we’re already activating across the U.S., and we’re excited to expand into Europe and additional international markets as our community continues to grow. And yes… a wellness tour following some of our favorite artists is definitely on the mood board (hint, hint).
At the end of the day, our goal is for WellUp to grow beyond an agency and into a true lifestyle brand — one people recognize not just for what we do, but for how we make them feel: inspired, connected, and part of a modern wellness ecosystem shaping culture in real time.
