Hidden Gems: Meet Youdeline Deravines of OnTrack Empowerment Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Youdeline Deravines.

Hi Youdeline, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
From a young age, I felt a pull toward something beyond the traditional path, but after college, I followed the script that was laid out for me. I stepped into corporate life and did everything the American dream told me to do. The success looked good on paper, but it left me with a deep void, a sense that life had more to offer. I spent countless nights praying and seeking clarity, asking how I could make a meaningful impact with my life. The answer came when my spiritual mentor invited me to lead the women’s ministry at my church. Planning that first gathering unlocked something within me. I felt a surge of creativity I had never tapped into. I discovered the power of creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. The spark eventually grew into The ComeBack Woman Movement, where I began helping women rebuild their confidence, their businesses, and their belief in what was possible after setbacks.

Over time, I realized that rebuilding was only half the story, and business strategy alone wasn’t enough. I came to understand that we each have the power to shift the trajectory of our bloodlines, break generational cycles, and create generational wealth. Too often, families inherit stress, debt, and habits that hold them back.
I wanted to play a larger role in guiding visionaries and families to activate that power so they could create something different: peace of mind, financial security, and a legacy built on intention rather than circumstance.

My journey led me to mentorship with the late Bob Proctor from the film The Secret, and through his program, I earned a mindset mastery certification. His teachings helped me connect the dots between thought, belief, and the transformation that follows when everything aligns. I later became licensed in life insurance, annuities, and real estate so I could strategically equip clients with practical tools alongside business strategy and mindset mastery. I help them leverage these tools to protect their legacy, become their own bank, grow and enjoy their wealth, and intentionally pass it forward.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It wasn’t a smooth road. I was building something I hadn’t seen before. I didn’t just want to sell policies or be another real estate agent; I wanted to combine my skills in a way that truly served families and visionaries in creating intentional legacies. Along the way, I often wrestled with frustration, navigating without a map. Those struggles, however, taught me resilience, clarity, and the power of alignment.

I worked with coaches, some urging me to shrink my vision, others to niche down. Their advice wasn’t wrong, but it wasn’t designed for the path I was meant to lead. I realized I had to carve my own way, look inward, trust my instincts, and embrace the fact that I was the blueprint for the legacy I’m here to create.

As you know, we’re big fans of OnTrack Empowerment Group. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I help Change-makers, Cycle Breakers, and Legacy Leaders build meaningful legacies from the inside out. I’m the founder of OnTrack Empowerment Group and serve as a Legacy and Alignment Strategist, guiding visionaries and families to align their mindset, break generational cycles, and strategically design, protect, and multiply their wealth and legacy.

Many people think of legacy in purely financial terms, but I see it as the full expression of who we are: the beliefs we pass down, the wealth we preserve, and the impact we leave behind. My approach blends mindset mastery with practical wealth tools like life insurance and real estate, helping clients create lives and legacies that are intentional, not accidental.

What sets my work apart is that I don’t just focus on numbers or strategies, and I don’t push policies. I guide people through true transformation. I help them see that wealth without alignment leads to burnout, while wealth paired with purpose builds peace, confidence, and freedom. In my signature sessions, clients gain clarity and actionable strategies, including life insurance and wealth-building solutions, equipping them to make bold, intentional decisions that have lasting impact.

Beyond one-on-one work, I’m the founder of Living Out Loud Experience, a transformational movement and curated series of unforgettable experiences for visionary women. Guided by the philosophy, “We don’t host events. We create experiences,” these gatherings nourish ambition, deepen alignment, and cultivate leadership from within, helping women lead fully without burnout or breakdown.

I’ve authored several works, including my most recent book, Divinely Disrupted: When Destiny Calls. I also host retreats, workshops, and conferences. Whether I’m speaking on global stages, curating transformational experiences, or mentoring behind the scenes, I operate with one conviction: a meaningful legacy is not left to chance but intentionally designed.

Visionaries and families ready to align their mindset, break generational cycles, and strategically design, protect, and multiply their wealth can explore my programs, experiences, and resources online for guidance and inspiration.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Here’s how I see the industry evolving over the next five to ten years and what it means for how I serve my clients.
More people will recognize that life insurance and legacy planning are not just about assets; they are about identity, values, and alignment. The focus is shifting from “What will happen to my money?” to “What will happen to my story?”

Technology, personalization, and flexible solutions are transforming the industry. Digital platforms and AI-driven underwriting are already changing how clients access protection and legacy services.

For me, this means staying ahead of industry trends, investing in my own learning, and deepening my understanding of wealth and the tools I already have. By anticipating these shifts and integrating them thoughtfully, I ensure my clients are not just prepared for the future but positioned to lead it.
