Hi Odette, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Eight years ago, I began my professional photography journey at Odette Photo+Art.
It all began eight years ago.
I didn’t want to merely capture moments but freeze time, making people immortal through my lens.
One of my best friends once told me, “Take one good picture a day.”
Wise words and the beginning of my journey.
I started as a family photographer and added branding in 2020 because I want to document your family, but I also want to help you grow your brand and build your legacy. In 2020, I also added photo restoration and colorization to my photography services, a passion project that has become a pillar.
My goal is to transform fleeting moments into everlasting memories and to master the art of immortalizing moments and people through the magic of photography.
For me, it’s about encapsulating emotions, preserving joy, and making the ordinary extraordinary. With every click of Athena, my camera, we craft photographs that transcend the boundaries of time, making them more than snapshots but rather a glimpse into eternity.
Those portraits will outlive us. They are part of your legacy, and mine.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
As with every pursuit worth pursuing, the road has been tricky: long nights learning the basics of photography, editing, and business. Learning the basics of marketing, sales, and advertising takes time and effort. But I wouldn’t change it.
I wake up every day fueled by my passion, and I get to do what I love for a living.
It’s worth everything.

First, I get to know you, your brand, your dreams, and your purpose.
Then, I help you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera. Simply relax, be yourself, and enjoy your brand portrait session.
I also specialize in photo restoration, and I have already restored over 190 portraits. Some of them have been taken even more than 100 years ago. It’s a very meaningful service because I am able to revive priceless heirlooms through expert photo restoration, preserving the emotions and stories they capture.
It’s all about legacy.
What’s next?
In the future, my goal is to help more people enhance their brands by providing photos of themselves that they truly love.
I also want to restore more old family portraits and improve my customer experience in every aspect.
