Founded in 2004 by Rafael Riefkohl, The Dry Cleaning Factory was born from a simple but powerful vision in to bring luxury garment care and laundry services directly to the doors of Miami’s fast-growing Brickell and Downtown communities.
As Rafael watched these neighborhoods flourish with professionals, families, and businesses, he saw a clear need for a convenient, high-end cleaning service that would match their lifestyle. What began as a small idea quickly evolved into a full-service, premium operation dedicated to quality, reliability, and convenience.
Over the years, The Dry Cleaning Factory has continually invested in the latest cleaning technologies and eco-friendly systems, ensuring every fabric from everyday wear to luxury couture receives the highest level of care.
Attention to detail has always been at the heart of Rafael’s philosophy. Every garment is treated with precision and handled as if it were our own, ensuring perfectly cleaned, pressed, and ready-to-wear results every time.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The journey hasn’t been easy. The Dry Cleaning Factory has faced major challenges from the 2008 real estate market crash to the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced nearly half of the industry to close its doors. Through resilience, hard work, and teamwork, we stayed open and strong, continuing to serve our community when reliability mattered most.

Serving more than 7,000 customers in the Miami metro area, we deliver convenience, speed, and high-quality garment care directly to your home or office. We specialise in full-service dry cleaning, laundry, tailoring/alterations, comforter/bedding care, wedding-gown preservation, and leather/suede cleaning for both residential and commercial clients. Service Area & Turnaround
We serve the Miami metro region including Brickell, Coconut Grove, Edgewater, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Midtown Miami, Design District, Sunny Isles, The Roads and surrounding neighborhoods. 
Typical turnaround:
• Dry cleaning: As quickly as 48 hours. 
• Wash & fold / bulk laundry: Same-day options available in many cases.
