Hi Danny, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Born and raised in Miami, Danny Sanchez has spent his life building from the ground up literally. His construction journey began at just 19 years old, working as a Superintendent for a general contractor where he learned the ins and outs of managing crews, schedules, and complex projects. Driven by a deep passion for the craft, Danny earned his Residential Contractor License at 29, allowing him to take on more responsibility and deliver complete residential build-outs with precision and care. A few years later, his dedication and experience led him to achieve his Certified General Contractor (CGC) license at 34, expanding his expertise into large-scale residential and commercial projects across South Florida. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, Danny continues to push the standards of construction excellence. His work reflects not only years of hands-on experience but also a genuine pride in helping clients turn their visions into lasting structures.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. I started in construction when I was 19, just trying to figure things out on my own. I went through a lot of ups and downs, learning how to manage jobs, deal with clients, and keep things moving when times got tough. But every challenge taught me something and pushed me to grow. Looking back, those struggles are what built me and got me to where I am today.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that consistency and patience always pay off.
In construction, nothing happens overnight, you have to stay focused, keep your word, and push through the hard days.
I’ve learned that how you treat people and stand behind your work is what really builds a strong reputation.
