Hi Laiecha, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Being a hairstylist / model was always something I wanted to do. I grew up watching my mom as a hair dresser and now the talent has moved on to me. My mother taught my sisters and I how to do it since we were younger and ever since then , that’s been all of our careers. As for modeling, I started at the age of 18 and after highschool I just took off with it.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Honestly for both it’s been pretty smooth. When you’re great at something it just naturally flows for you. A couple slip ups and mess ups but it’s nothing I couldn’t fix or learn from.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
So currently I am a hairstylist , model and have a lipgloss line called “playgirl cosmetics “. So far I’ve done A lot of celebrity clients and as of modeling I’ve been in almost everyone’s favorite artist music video from future, gunna , drake, partynextdoor , Hxncho and more. I’m proud to say I was apart of a lot of my favorite artist videos because it’s just such an amazing experience to be apart of. I feel like what sets me apart from others is my work ethic and how ambitious I am. My presentation speaks for itself

I go by my email address and sometimes my manager would take things up for me. A like , comment and view goes a long way. Just words of encouragement and speaking highly of me in rooms that could possibly change my life also.
