Today we’d like to introduce you to Paz Nilo.
Hi Paz , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey started when I decided to leave Chile and figure out who I actually was. Being number five out of seven smart siblings meant a lot of competition, and most of the time who I truly was didn’t match what others thought they were seeing. I wasn’t invisible — just misunderstood. Eventually, I realized I couldn’t keep growing inside that frame.
When I moved to Miami, I wasn’t searching for anything profound. I just needed space to think clearly. Massage school came into my life because I wanted to learn craniosacral therapy, and becoming a massage therapist was the only way in. That was the first step. It opened the door to something that, after quite a journey, finally made sense to me: how our thoughts, emotions, and physical body are constantly influencing one another.
From there, I followed my curiosity — energy work, nutrition, health coaching, Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work, BioGeometry. None of it was planned. Each step led to the next, helping me understand myself better and bringing more consciousness into my life. Realizing that so much of who I thought I was came from old patterns — not actual choices — was life-changing. Having the ability to choose who I want to be, and then become that person, has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life.
Today, through Paz of Mind, I use everything I’ve learned in a practical and grounded way to help people see themselves clearly, without the stories placed on them. Without self-judgement.My focus is simple: helping others see and release what keeps them stuck, understand their own energy, and create a life that feels aligned — not imposed.
We don’t have to stay trapped in old emotions or old narratives. We can choose to live differently.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of my biggest challenges was stopping the habit of blaming myself for everything. My own thoughts about who I was held me back for years, and learning to believe in myself — and actually love myself — after making mistakes was not easy. I had to consciously rewire how I thought.
Starting over in a new country was another major test. I didn’t have a support system and had to rebuild everything from the ground up. But through that process, I learned self-trust, adaptability, and a quiet sense that something bigger was guiding me, even when I didn’t have all the answers.
As I grew in my work, another challenge was integrating everything I had lived and learned. I had to stop trying to fit in and let go of the need for outside approval. For a long time, I doubted myself — I felt what I knew wasn’t enough, I felt like an impostor, “too spiritual” in some places and “too unconventional” in others. Finding my voice — and trusting it — took time, courage, and a lot of inner work.
Now, I see every one of those challenges as a teacher. They shaped the compassion, humility, and clarity I bring into my work today.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Paz of Mind offers three main pathways for personal and energetic balance — each designed to meet people where they are in their journey.
The first is the workshop Change Your Mind… Create New Results, based on and created by Dr. Joe Dispenza where throughout 2 models and 4 tools we learn the neuroscience of change, this is a group class, and I am part of NeuroChangeSolutions which is where we are trained and aligned and certified by Dr. Joe to teach as he does. Participants understand how their thoughts, actions and emotions, create their reality.—
The second is one-on-one sessions, where we explore each person’s unique energetic and emotional landscape. Using the Bio-Well GDV camera, clients receive a visual reading of their energy field. From there, we work with different modalities — such as the Body, Emotion, and Belief Codes, BioGeometry tools. Nutrition, and we rely on muscle testing to see which road will be the most beneficial for each client.
The third offering is Environmental Home Solutions, based on Biogeometry and the research of Dr. Ibrahim Karim and his son Sayed Karim. Here we focus on harmonizing the energy exchange within a home or workspace. This process supports the well-being of everyone who lives or works in that environment.
What sets Paz of Mind apart is the combination of science, awareness, and energetic balance — all focused on helping people create harmony within themselves and in the spaces around them.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I think the quality that’s been most important to my success is openness — the willingness to stay curious, to listen, and to learn together. I never approach my work from a place of “knowing more” than others. Instead, I see it as a shared exploration.
I measure, I practice, and I listen — and my clients experience, observe, and share. That dynamic exchange is where growth really happens. It keeps the work alive, real, and evolving.
Being open allows me to meet each person, each space, and each moment exactly as it is — without assumptions, just awareness. And that’s where the real transformation begins.
