Hi Appollonia “Appy”, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My story began under the stars, really. At nine years old, I discovered an old astrology book on my grandmother’s bookshelf, and I was instantly captivated. I devoured every page and was stunned by how it could so accurately describe the personalities of my family members—from my siblings to my mother and grandmother. That book ignited a lifelong passion. I became a total “star geek.” My grandmother nurtured this interest, providing me with binoculars and telescopes. I spent countless nights just looking up at the sky, completely mesmerized by the cosmos. My fondest childhood memories include school field trips to the planetarium; I still love visiting one to this day.
While my fascination with astrology was my true calling, I initially followed a more traditional path. I built a career in healthcare & education. I spent about 16 years in the corporate world. All the while, astrology remained my passion. I started my business, The Astrology Lady, as a side hustle in 2012. By 2020, I knew it was time to take the leap. I realized that if I was as serious about my life’s work as I claimed to be, I had to pursue it full-throttle. That’s when I dedicated myself to my astrology practice full-time, and I’ve never looked back.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely has not been a smooth road, and I think that’s true for any journey worth taking. One of my biggest and earliest struggles was internal; for many years, I wrestled with the belief that astrology could be a viable, full-time career. I always believed in the power of astrology and in my own abilities, but I wasn’t sure if this path could provide the life I envisioned.
I learned, however, that you can create a successful life doing anything you are truly passionate about if you approach it with dedication and authenticity. Now, this is a core part of my work with clients. I help them understand that obstacles and challenges are not roadblocks but stepping stones. Once you are aware of your purpose, you realize that any challenge is just a level-up in the mission you’re meant to complete. You have to pursue something that’s worth overcoming the obstacles for.
We’ve been impressed with The Astrology Lady Enterprises, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am the founder of The Astrology Lady Enterprises LLC, where I operate as a five-star rated professional consulting astrologer. My practice is built on the belief that the universe provides us with a unique blueprint, and my job is to help you read it.
I specialize in predictive astrology, timing, and helping my clients understand their personal life cycles. What truly sets me apart is my focus on two key areas: Career/Vocation Astrology and Relocation Astrology (Astrocartography). My top-selling service, the “Ultimate Purpose Package,” is an in-depth exploration of a client’s birth chart to uncover their soul’s mission—the real reason they are on this planet. We all have a purpose that contributes to the greater good, and my work is to illuminate that path.
I am incredibly proud of the results my clients have achieved, especially through relocation astrology. I’ve had the honor of guiding hundreds of individuals and families in moving to new locations where their planetary lines are more favorable. Seeing them thrive in environments that support their love lives, financial goals, and overall well-being is the most fulfilling part of my work.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Most people know me as The Astrology Lady, but they might be surprised to learn that astrology is just one of my great passions. My birth chart indicates several dormant gifts, and I fully intend to explore them all! Just as I champion all of my clients to do! Your soul will know true happiness once you learn to monetize your natural gifts & abilitites.
If I weren’t an astrologer, I would love to be a professional DJ. As a Pisces moon, I have a deep connection to music—its production, its power, and its ability to move people. I would love to be the one commanding the turntables.
My other surprising passion would be shoemaking. I have a love for beautiful, comfortable, and stylish shoes. I dream of opening a boutique that specializes in custom-made shoes for women who wear larger sizes, like myself—sizes 9, 10, 11, 12, and up. It would be a place where style and comfort meet for everyone.
