Hi Elizaveta, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
10 years ago, I discovered my passion for pastry art.
It all started as a hobby. I loved experimenting with flavors, textures, and designs in my small kitchen back home. Baking quickly became my creative outlet and a source of joy.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
When my family and I immigrated to the United States, everything changed. Starting a new life in a new country was both exciting and challenging. I didn’t speak much English, and I had to adapt to a completely different culture. But I didn’t let those challenges stop me. I used every opportunity to improve my skills and learn about the art of baking on a professional level.

“My specialty is mousse desserts.”
Over the years, I have perfected the art of creating delicate, airy, and flavorful mousse cakes and pastries. Their light texture and sophisticated designs have become my signature style, loved by clients across Miami.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Over the years, I worked hard, perfected my craft, and built a reputation. Today, I’m proud to say I am one of the top pastry chefs in Miami. My journey taught me the value of resilience, creativity, and always believing in your dreams.
