With over 25 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry, Michele brings world-class training, refined expertise, and an unwavering passion for helping clients feel radiant from the outside in. As the owner and operator of Evolutionary Aesthetics, Michele has curated a luxurious, results-driven space where elegance and wellness meet.
Her journey began at John Gregory Hair & Skin Care in Wall Township, NJ, and continued with over a decade of service at Coiffures International on Marco Island, Florida. She then brought her talents to the prestigious JW Marriott Marco Island, delivering five-star spa experiences for 10 years.
Michele trained at the iconic Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, refining her craft with one of the most respected names in the industry. She also served as an educator with Premiere Concepts, sharing her knowledge and inspiring the next generation of professionals.
Today, through Evolutionary Aesthetics, Michele combines her extensive background with a nurturing, personalized approach to deliver transformative treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Having established relationships over my many years in the business has really helped in making my new journey a success right from the beginning. I am grateful for the trust and loyalty my clients have in me.

I offer non-invasive skin care treatments at an Evolutionary level. Amazing results are achieved by using our signature product lines along with perfected techniques that lift, smooth, tighten and moisturize your skin! Each and every treatment is customized to meet your specific needs, I use Valmont products in all of my facials. This is a Swiss made facial line that promotes collagen and elastin. I carry Valmont products for purchase in our retail boutique.
I am the owner/operator of Evolutionary Aesthetics. I perform all treatments myself in a private, relaxing room. I will give you my undivided attention and time focusing on your specific needs.
