Today we’d like to introduce you to Beth Meirav.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
You could say entrepreneurship is in my DNA. I come from a family of business owners, so building something from the ground up has always felt natural — almost inevitable. But more than that, I’ve always been drawn to service. Every business I’ve created, from my early ventures in children’s fitness to my current work in holistic health and natural weight loss, has shared one common thread: helping people feel good, confident, and capable of doing something they once thought was impossible.
This is my third business, but in many ways, it feels like the most personal. As a mom of two incredible children, I’ve learned firsthand that taking care of yourself isn’t optional — it’s essential. They’ve been my biggest inspiration to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle, not just so I can stick around for them, but so I can show them what thriving really looks like.
At its core, my work is about transformation — whether that’s in the body, the mind, or the confidence that comes from realizing you can do hard things. And honestly, watching people light up when they start to feel good again… That’s the best kind of success there is.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like any entrepreneur, my journey hasn’t been without its bumps. In my earlier ventures, I learned the hard way that even with a great team, it’s not always easy to trust that others will share your same level of passion or follow-through. As a business owner, there’s that constant tug between wanting to delegate and wanting to keep your hands on everything — because, at the end of the day, it’s your name on the door.
One of my biggest challenges came with the café I designed and opened — a family-friendly concept I poured my heart into. While it was creative and rewarding, the reality of exorbitant rent made it impossible to sustain long-term. It was a tough lesson in both resilience and knowing when to pivot.
Even now, with my wellness practice, I face new challenges — particularly with the growing popularity of weight loss drugs. My approach is rooted in natural, sustainable change — the kind that transforms not just your body, but your habits, mindset, and overall well-being. In a world that loves quick fixes, that can be an uphill climb.
But here’s the thing: I wouldn’t trade it. I love what I do. I love the connection, the breakthroughs, and the moment when clients realize how capable — and amazing — they truly are. That’s the part that never feels like work.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Sadkhin Therapy of Boca Raton Natural Weight Loss?
My company, Sadkhin Therapy of Boca Raton/ Natural Weight Loss Florida, is all about helping people lose weight naturally — without medications, injections, or gimmicks. I specialize in real transformation — the kind that comes from understanding your body, your habits, and your relationship with food.
We use a patented method of acupressure to help control hunger and cravings, combined with a whole-food nutrition plan centered around lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables. It’s not a “diet” — it’s a reset. I teach clients how to listen to their bodies, identify their triggers, and build sustainable habits that allow them to thrive long after the scale hits their goal.
What sets me apart is the level of personal connection and accountability I bring. I get to know my clients — their health history, their routines, their stressors — because lasting weight loss isn’t just about food. It’s about life.
Whether someone wants to lose 50 pounds to improve their health or just 10 so they can finally rock those jeans and feel amazing again, my goal is always the same: to help them feel strong, confident, and completely in control of their body.
I also offer food sensitivity testing to help clients uncover what may be silently sabotaging their progress. Many people are unknowingly reacting to everyday foods that cause bloating, inflammation, fatigue, and weight retention. Identifying and removing these triggers can be truly life-changing — it’s like lifting a fog and finally feeling clear, light, and energized again.
I’m most proud of the trust people place in me. I’ve had clients who’ve tried everything — from restrictive diets to prescription weight loss drugs — and come to me as a last resort. Watching them discover how good they can actually feel, both physically and emotionally, is the most rewarding part of what I do.
I want readers to know that my brand is built on compassion, science, and sustainability. I’m here to help people feel vibrant again — to reclaim their energy, confidence, and health naturally. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress, empowerment, and finally feeling at home in your body.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
There’s so much noise around wellness — trends, fads, injections — but true health doesn’t come in a shot. It comes from reconnecting to your body, simplifying, and taking consistent, loving care of yourself. When people understand how good they’re meant to feel, everything else in life improves.
