Hi Steven, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Started out as a professional fighter, then a private military contractor, then law enforcement, now a business owner of a training company that provides various forms of defensive tactics training to law enforcement, military and other security professionals.
The company have grown alot over the last few years working on some big projects. Latest is revamping how security is done in the health care space .
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Been a rollercoaster! Lots of ups and downs! But at the end of the day rewarding!

We provide various forms of defensive tactics and firearm proficiency to law enforcement, military, and other security professionals. We also provide executive protection training.
We have now opened the company to the civilian corporation sector to provide emergency action plans to better deal with actick killer situation and workplace violence.
We have also built a de-escalation program specific to healthcare providers.
