Today we’d like to introduce you to Naz Sarabi.
Hi Naz, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey began in McLean, Virginia, where I started as a Marketing Director in a medspa. I quickly fell in love with the industry and decided to get hands-on training in advanced technologies like lasers, RF microneedling, body contouring, DiamondGlow, and skincare product formulation.
When I moved to Chicago, I decided to take a leap and become a licensed esthetician, because I wanted to do more than just market skincare, I wanted to create real change for people’s skin. After graduating, I joined one of Chicago’s top dermatology offices where I learned directly from doctors about complex skin conditions and corrective treatments. That experience shaped my passion for results-driven, personalized skincare.
When life brought me to Miami, I was heartbroken to leave the job I loved, but that move turned into the start of something bigger. I realized I wanted to create a space that offered more than just a facial — a space where people could feel understood, cared for, and truly seen. With my husband’s encouragement, Roxara Aesthetic was born — a boutique studio built from passion, purpose, and a deep belief that skincare is not just surface-level care, it’s self-care.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been smooth, but every challenge taught me something valuable. Starting over in new cities — first Virgina, then Chicago, and now Miami — meant rebuilding from zero every time. When I opened Roxara Aesthetic, I had to learn every detail of running a business: operations, marketing, finances, and more, all while perfecting my craft.
One of my biggest challenges was designing treatments and choosing devices that deliver real results while still being affordable and accessible. I’ve always believed skincare shouldn’t be a luxury for a select few — it’s a necessity, and everyone deserves to feel confident in their skin.
When I first moved to Miami, I didn’t know a single person. The first few months were hard — I questioned myself and had moments of doubt. But slowly, incredible clients started finding me. Their trust and word-of-mouth turned everything around. It reminded me that when your work comes from the heart, people feel it.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Roxara Aesthetic is a luxury yet approachable skincare studio located in Brickell, Miami. I specialize in corrective and customized facials, ProCell Microchanneling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and results-driven treatments using professional-grade products and technology.
What sets Roxara apart is my philosophy — I never rush treatments or follow cookie-cutter protocols. Every facial is tailored to your unique skin, your goals, and even your emotional state that day. Clients often tell me they come for the results but stay for the experience — because I make sure every visit feels personal, peaceful, and intentional.
Brand-wise, I’m proud of the integrity behind everything I do — from the products I carry to the pricing I set. I only choose devices and formulations that are clinically backed, effective, and safe for all skin types. And my prices are intentionally fair — because beauty and skin confidence should be within reach, not just reserved for the elite.
At Roxara Aesthetic, you’re not just getting a treatment; you’re starting a relationship with someone who genuinely cares about your progress and peace of mind.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Don’t wait for the “perfect” time — it doesn’t exist. You learn by doing. When I opened Roxara Aesthetic, I was nervous, but I realized that being consistent, honest, and true to your values matters far more than perfection.
Be genuine in what you do — especially in this industry. Clients feel when your care is real. Keep educating yourself; skincare and beauty evolve constantly, and staying curious will keep you ahead.
Also, you don’t need to own a business to be successful. You can work for someone else and still be the most trusted and respected professional in the room. What matters is integrity. If you don’t know something, say so — research it, learn, and follow up. Clients appreciate honesty and transparency more than any fancy answer.
In this industry, being genuine isn’t optional — it’s everything. Your authenticity, empathy, and honesty are what truly make people trust you. And when people trust you, they’ll follow you anywhere.
