Today we’d like to introduce you to Patrick Cabrera.
Hi Patrick, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I was born and raised in Miami, FL. I attended Columbus High School and Florida International University. Then, I pursued a doctorate in chiropractic at Palmer College, in Port Orange. Upon graduating I moved across the country – and an ocean – to Oahu, Hawaii. There I began my career as a Gonstead chiropractor, focused on holistic wellness. After gaining a few years of valuable experience, I moved back home to Miami to open OMNI Chiropractic, with my fiancé.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Where to begin….
We started our practice from scratch, by ourselves, and learned from many mistakes/obstacles along the way.
When starting your own business you no longer have one job – in our case we are not “just” chiropractors anymore. Now we have become marketing managers, business administrators, handyman, plumbers, painters, etc.
Each of those roles has had its own unique struggles along the way.
One struggle we have encountered now is in marketing and advertising our practice. We have poured our hearts and souls into something we are so passionate about, and we are ready to share it with our community. Today, marketing management is trickier than ever with an ever changing online “algorithm” that needs some level of understanding.
We are taking a “grass-roots” or “boots on the ground” approach to the struggle that is marketing and simply putting ourselves out to our community as much as we can. We want Miami to know we’re here for them and their family to help reach new heights of health.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At OMNI Chiropractic we specialize in Gonstead chiropractic – a gentle and specific technique of chiropractic – with a focus on patient education. Our goal is to help our patients to better health. We believe better health is more than simply feeling better, but functioning and living better too.
We want our community to know the chiropractic service we offer can be so much more than just back pain.
Our specialty, Gonstead chiropractic, is what sets us apart. The Gonstead method is tried and true, often referred to as “the gold standard” of chiropractic.
We named our practice OMNI – meaning “all” – as a reference to the people we serve. My partner, Dr. Alexandra Radzville specializes in pediatrics (as young as new-borns). Meanwhile, I work more with both the elderly and young athletes. Between the two of us we look forward to serving health-conscious families of Miami.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up I was a typical Miami kid, I think. I loved the ocean – which led to me becoming a sailing instructor in Coconut Grove and a dive instructor in Miami Beach – hobbies I still love today. I was a good student, graduating with honors through every level of school, all the way up through to grad school. I worked hard in extra-curricular activities as well – primarily athletics – mostly as a cross country and track runner. I was/am blessed to be surrounded by an amazing family and friends growing up.
