Mario, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Our journey started from a shared belief that local businesses deserve the same digital opportunities as big brands. I’ve always been passionate about people: Connecting with business owners, understanding their goals, and helping them grow. But I quickly realized that most were struggling with disconnected marketing efforts that didn’t deliver real results.
That’s when Ailen and I decided to build something different. I handle the business strategy and client relationships, while Ailen brings a solid mix of marketing knowledge and technical know-how, making sure everything we do (from SEO to automation) runs smoothly and effectively.
Together, we created Florida Digital Growth Solutions around one idea: simplicity with impact. One holistic plan that includes everything a business needs (website, local SEO, Google Business Profile, and social media) all working in sync. Seeing our clients in Florida go from invisible online to recognized local leaders has been the most rewarding part of this journey.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I think that’s what makes it meaningful. Starting a digital agency from the ground up taught us a lot about patience, consistency, and trust. In the beginning, one of the biggest challenges was earning credibility while staying true to our idea of offering one holistic plan instead of separate services. Many business owners were used to traditional marketing packages, so explaining the long-term value of a connected strategy took time and persistence.
