How Web Design Miami Company Started
Leonardo Barros had been leading Solved Puzzle Agency for years, one of the top marketing firms in South Florida, helping businesses grow through data-driven advertising and strategy. But over time, he realized something fundamental: it was nearly impossible to deliver consistent marketing results without first providing the right website experience.
After managing a marketing project that faced countless bottlenecks due to poor website performance, Leonardo decided to take control of the entire process. He began creating websites built not just to look great, but to convert better, load faster, and deliver a real ROI for his clients.
What started as a solution to internal challenges quickly turned into a movement. As the demand for websites that combined design taste, technical precision, and strategic thinking grew, so did the need for a dedicated team. In 2019, Leonardo partnered with a group of talented designers and developers to co-found Web Design Miami Company.

Not at all. Like any business, there have been challenges along the way. One of the biggest has been simplifying complex concepts so clients can easily understand them and make confident decisions.
When you work in web design and development, a lot of what happens behind the scenes is technical and strategic. Early on, I realized that even though we were delivering high-quality work, progress could slow down if clients didn’t fully understand the “why” behind each step.
Over time, we learned to communicate more clearly, break down processes into simple, visual explanations, and guide clients through every decision. That shift not only helped projects move faster but also built stronger trust and collaboration with every client we work with.

I think luck has played a role, but mostly in the form of being prepared when opportunities appeared. The truth is, good luck only matters if you’re ready to take advantage of it.
There have been moments where meeting the right person or landing a project at the perfect time opened new doors, but those moments only turned into real success because of the systems, experience, and consistency that were already in place.
Of course, there have also been times of bad luck, such as projects that fell through, clients that weren’t the right fit, or unexpected challenges that forced me to rethink my approach. But looking back, those moments taught me the most. They helped refine how I lead, how I communicate with clients, and how I build stronger foundations for future growth.
In the end, I believe luck gives you the chance, but discipline and preparation turn that chance into results.
