Daily Inspiration: Meet Tetyana Didenko

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tetyana Didenko.

Hi Tetyana, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve always been fascinated by what happens beneath the surface, the signals we send before we speak, the way presence can lead a room without saying a word. That curiosity has shaped my entire career.

I started in business, working my way from project manager to Director of Project Development and CEO. I trained teams in leadership, sales, and negotiations, always paying close attention to how non-verbal behavior shaped outcomes. Over time, that interest became my path. I started inclining into coaching and became a Body Language analyst and Certified Executive Coach specializing in leadership presence and non-verbal communication. I did a lot of training in coaching, psychological counseling, NLP, lie detection, profiling, and body language analysis.

Originally from Ukraine, I moved to the U.S. two and a half years ago and now live in Miami, working remotely with clients worldwide. I’m a member of both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the American Psychological Association (APA).

At 18, I took my first full-time job in a baby orphanage in Cherkasy, Ukraine. This experience sparked my lifelong commitment to helping children. Today, I support organizations like Residing Hope, Lotus House, and We Save Teens Foundation through workshops and advocacy. I’ve also volunteered with the WOW Kids Forum in Kyiv and the Blagomai Foundation, mentoring children in orphanages while living in Ukraine.

In 2024, I was crowned Miss Worldwide, a title that gave me a larger platform to champion my mission. Since then, I’ve spoken at summits and events, including the Global Motherhood Leadership Summit in Miami in 2024 and again in 2025 held at Harvard University campus. My keynote topics include Body Language for Digital Leadership Success, Mastering Time, Overcoming Procrastination, and The Power Pose. I was invited as a keynote speaker at Empowerment Zone Red Event Gala 2025, hosted by the Tatiana Gutsu Foundation in Detroit.

I led a lot of professional online workshops and mentoring sessions for coaches, including the recent one “Intro Calls That Sell ” for ICF International Coaching Week 2025.

My work as a nonverbal communication expert has been featured on NBC6 South Florida Live, where I talked about body language in the movie “Drop” by Universal Pictures.
I also regularly contribute articles on communication and leadership, and I’m currently developing my coaching program, Empowerment Through Body Language, which is designed to help clients strengthen confidence, presence, and influence through subconscious body signals.

In 2024, I was nominated for the SUCCESS® Women of Influence Awards. In 2025, I’ve been nominated for the ICF Coaching Impact Awards and Coach of the Year by Influencer Magazine, recognizing two decades of leadership and coaching impact.

My first book, Win Before You Speak: Non-Verbal Strategies for Sales, Negotiations, and Leadership, is on the way. It is a playbook for mastering influence through body language in high-stakes business environments.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all. It’s been a rewarding road, but far from easy.
I got married young, at 18, and became a mother at 20. Balancing my career, studies, and family at that age required constant effort and discipline.

Later, when I decided to leave the corporate world, where I had a clear role and steady path, and shift into coaching and entrepreneurship, it was both exciting and uncertain.
I was entering a new field, building something from the ground up, and that came with its own fears and risks.

Just as I was building my momentum in this new field, life changed again. I had to leave Ukraine, a place where I had stability, purpose, and a life I loved.

Moving to the U.S. added another layer. It was a huge transition — new country, new systems, building a network from scratch. Even something as simple as speaking on stage in English became a challenge. English is my second language, and I knew my pronunciation wasn’t always clear. So I enrolled in accent reduction classes at Miami Dade College to improve. It wasn’t about perfection, it was about being understood and making sure my message landed.

Every step required adapting, growing, and pushing through discomfort. But that’s also what shaped me into the leader and coach I am today.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I specialize in leadership development, non-verbal communication, and helping professionals elevate their presence, credibility, and influence, especially in high-impact environments like business negotiations, public speaking, and executive leadership.

My work focuses on the subconscious side of communication: body posture, facial expressions, micro-gestures, vocal tone, and overall nonverbal behaviour. I help clients understand how they’re perceived, decode the signals they unconsciously send, and teach them how to intentionally adjust their body language to project confidence, clarity, and authority.

I’m known for my individual body language analysis sessions, where I deliver personalized feedback, video-based analysis, and practical recommendations clients can apply immediately. I also analyze social media content and video materials to identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.

My clients range from executives and public figures to influencers, speakers, trainers, consultants, and professionals looking to advance their careers.

What sets me apart is the level of detail and customization in my work.
My background includes executive leadership, project development, and formal training in profiling, lie detection, NLP, psychological counseling, and body language analysis. I combine structured methodology with real-world business insight, making my sessions both analytical and outcome-focused.

What are your plans for the future?
Right now, I’m focused on developing my coaching program, Empowerment Through Body Language, into a full digital experience. The goal is to create an app that will make body language training more accessible, especially for people who may not be able to afford one-on-one coaching. I want anyone, anywhere, to be able to build confidence, presence, and communication skills on their own terms.

I’m also preparing to release my first book, Win Before You Speak: Non-Verbal Strategies for Sales, Negotiations, and Leadership, by the end of this year. It brings together everything I’ve learned over the past two decades about influence, executive presence, and the power of non-verbal communication.
