Today we’d like to introduce you to Ana Felice.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I grew up in Lima during one of its most challenging periods—marked by terrorism and widespread uncertainty. That environment, combined with how my family navigated those circumstances, created constant fears that shaped my teenage years and affected my confidence. My parents had huge hearts and strong values, and I’m deeply grateful for them—though like any family, we had our challenges. Between the external chaos and the complexities at home, I sometimes found myself connecting with people for the wrong reasons at a young age, making choices that weren’t always in my best interest.
But I wasn’t aware back then that two powerful seeds had already been planted in me: the belief that I was smart and had a lot of potential, and the certainty that I was deeply loved. My parents were, in a way, my first hypnotists—those two powerful suggestions stayed with me as I grew up.
My college years, despite their difficulties, led me to a discovery that transformed my perspective: each of us carries a treasure within. The true wisdom, strength, and answers we need don’t come from outside; they reside within us. Growth and fulfillment require us to look inward rather than constantly seeking external distractions. This became my guiding principle. I read intensively, participated in study groups, and committed to practices that cultivated self-awareness and personal development.
Around that time, I discovered surfing, and it became one of my greatest teachers. The ocean demanded discipline and respect, while awakening something intense and passionate within me. It revealed that true happiness exists in the simplest things—the perfection of a good wave, a sunset, just being surrounded by nature. It took me to magical places and created some of the most precious moments of my life.
As I applied what I was learning, meaningful shifts started happening—in my life, career, and sense of self. I moved to Southern California young, chasing my Marketing studies and passion for surfing. Looking back, I wasn’t fully ready for that leap, but I made it work. I built a fulfilling career in technology, thriving in fast-paced, global environments that constantly challenged me. Along the way, I discovered hypnosis, which transformed how I approached life—I became more optimistic, empowered, and deliberate about shaping my path. I started a family and had children. Through work and family, I lived in different cities and countries, experiencing diverse cultures that broadened my perspective.
That knowledge became the foundation for everything that followed. As my confidence grew, so did my desire to help others discover the same inner power. That calling eventually led me to found Pacifica Hypnosis, a practice dedicated to guiding people to remove subconscious blocks, tap into their own wisdom, and create the life they truly want.
Now, at almost 50 years old, I live in a state of balance and fulfillment. I have a clear purpose in life, tools to navigate its challenges, deep gratitude for my family, and much love for what I do with Pacifica Hypnosis. I’m passionate about helping people achieve a fulfilling life and get past their inner blocks. I enjoy it so much that it never feels like work to me.
I believe everything happens for a reason and carries a purpose. When we connect with our center of power and wisdom, we can live a happier, more fulfilling life. It’s not a destination—it’s a journey.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. Growing up during one of the most difficult periods of terrorism, fear, and uncertainty were constants, and they shaped much of my early life. Moving to Southern California was another challenge. It was a big step, and I wasn’t sure I was ready, but I pushed myself to embrace the experience. Later, the 2008 economic depression threatened my dreams. Not having family members or people I could count on made it especially difficult, and I had to learn some hard truths in life. But I never gave up. Deep down, I always knew I could succeed. Maintaining an optimistic vision in times when most people focus outward is never easy, but it’s been essential.
Today, I feel proud of my white hairs and wrinkles—they remind me of everything I’ve faced, learned, and overcome along the way. Every struggle, disappointment, and challenge has shaped who I am and the work I do, helping others have a much more fulfilling life.
We’ve been impressed with Pacifica Hypnosis, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m the founder of Pacifica Hypnosis, a practice where I help people identify and address subconscious blocks that interfere with their goals. I work with clients on personal growth, healthy lifestyle changes, weight management, and empowerment—supporting them as they tap into their own inner resources to create the changes they’re looking for.
What drives Pacifica Hypnosis is the genuine passion I have for this work. I’ve invested considerable time researching and learning from work with clients in both the US and Europe, where hypnosis is widely used. My focus it’s on identifying the root causes that keep people stuck, so the changes they make actually last. I approach this work with compassion and practicality, working best with clients who are ready to actively participate in their own growth.
I am most proud of the results my clients have achieved. All my results are measurable. Seeing them gain confidence, clarity, and achieve their goals is what makes this work so rewarding. I want readers to know that Pacifica Hypnosis isn’t just about addressing problems; it’s about helping people step into the best version of themselves, discover their inner power, and live a life that feels aligned, purposeful, and deeply satisfying.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that self-discipline and passion for what you do go a long way in overcoming obstacles and achieving your goals. When you align your actions with your true self, everything becomes more possible and fulfilling.
