Exploring Life & Business with Rochel Giter of Vivi Consulting

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rochel Giter.

Hi Rochel, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I grew up in Leeds, England, the youngest of ten successful siblings, and from an early age I knew I wanted to do something big, something that would leave a mark on the world. By age ten, I was already finding ways to make money, but for me it was never about the money; it was about making a difference.

At 16, I worked evenings after school for one of my sibling’s Amazon businesses. After a couple of years studying abroad, I returned home and took on a new role running operations for a U.S. entrepreneur selling iPhones in the EU. As the business grew, I moved to the U.S. and managed it for four years. Later, I transitioned to another Amazon brand in NYC, where I doubled its revenue from $1 million to $2 million in just one year.

Life was moving quickly, I got married, moved to Florida, and was expecting my first child when I realized I no longer wanted to build someone else’s dream. It was time to build my own.

In June 2021, I founded Vivi Consulting, specializing in Amazon account health. In just four years, I’ve grown it into a thriving business that helps sellers protect and scale their accounts, combining my expertise with my passion for impact.

My story is only beginning, and Vivi Consulting is just the first chapter.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has been far from smooth. Vivi Consulting wasn’t my first venture. I tried many things that didn’t work before I found my path. Even building Vivi Consulting has come with its share of late nights of tears, setbacks, and moments of doubt. I know that for as long as I keep building the struggles will continue, but pushing through the tough weeks and staying committed is what separates those who succeed from those who give up.

I’d say the biggest challenge is learning how to grow with your business. One step too early or too late can make a huge difference, and figuring out the right move at the right time is the hardest juggling act of all.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
At Vivi Consulting, we specialize in Amazon account health, ensuring sellers can maintain a smooth and profitable selling experience.
Sellers come to us on what we call “the bad days in the office” when their account is deactivated with millions of dollars tied up in Amazon, when inventory is at risk of being destroyed, or when a top-performing listing has been shut down.
From cleaning up account health dashboards and reinstating deactivated accounts to resolving violations, our mission is to handle the day-to-day maintenance so sellers can focus on growing their business.
What sets us apart is that, even as we grow, we maintain the personalized attention and agility of a boutique firm. Every client receives expert guidance, strategic solutions, and meticulous care, the kind of service that makes a real difference when it matters most.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up in England, nature walks were a part of everyday life. Leeds, with its beautiful green landscapes and grazing cows, is a place I often think about and truly miss.
I’ve always been a quick thinker, more big-picture than detail-oriented. My teachers often commented that I worked too fast, but I’ve always thrived on moving forward and exploring new ideas. I’ve loved music from a young age and still do! I taught myself piano and guitar, and learning the violin is definitely on my list of future goals.
I grew up in a Chasidic Jewish home, and my Jewish values are at the core of who I am. I try to carry these values with me on my entrepreneurial journey. One principle I hold especially close is the tradition of giving 10% of your earnings to charity. Keeping this in mind reminds me that true success isn’t just about personal gain, it’s about the impact we have on others and the ability to support those who are less fortunate. I hope to continue giving and making a difference, no matter the circumstances.
