I began my journey in real estate with a simple goal: to create a better life for myself and to help others do the same. In the early days, I focused on learning every part of the business — from understanding contracts and negotiations to building trust with clients. Each experience taught me resilience, creativity, and the importance of showing up consistently.
As I gained experience, I realized that my true passion wasn’t just helping clients buy or sell homes — it was mentoring other agents. I wanted to provide guidance, encouragement, and strategies to help them grow and succeed. Seeing agents gain confidence and achieve their goals became deeply fulfilling, and it motivated me to take on a larger leadership role.
That dedication and passion led me to become a broker and establish Premier Realty Homes LLC. Today, I lead a team of agents who are committed to excellence, personal growth, and community impact. Every step has shaped the leader I am today.
I’ve learned that success is built on consistency, mentorship, and the courage to keep moving forward. My mission now is to empower others — both clients and agents — to achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road hasn’t always been smooth, but every experience has been a valuable lesson. Early on, learning the business while trying to establish myself as a trusted agent required patience, persistence, and a lot of self-motivation. There were moments when growth felt slow, and I had to figure out how to navigate contracts, negotiations, and client expectations all at once.
As I began mentoring other agents and eventually stepped into a broker role, the challenges shifted — from growing a team to creating systems, providing consistent training, and fostering a culture of excellence. Each challenge, however, taught me resilience, creativity, and the importance of showing up consistently.
Looking back, I can see that every hurdle along the way helped me develop the skills, mindset, and vision I use today to lead my team and serve my clients. The journey hasn’t been effortless, but it has been incredibly rewarding.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was naturally a go-getter and always envisioned myself as a leader. I had a strong sense of responsibility and spent a lot of my time helping others. That instilled in me dedication, empathy, and the importance of supporting those around me.
From an early age, I had big aspirations — I originally dreamed of becoming an attorney, driven by my curiosity, problem-solving nature, and desire to make an impact. Eventually, I became a case manager, assisting children and their families, which allowed me to directly make a difference in people’s lives while further developing my leadership and problem-solving skills.
Even then, I was focused on setting goals and working toward them, always thinking ahead about the kind of person I wanted to become.
