Hi Alexander, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
We come from a second generation immigrant family and settled in Chicago, Illinois. Started off selling tools to auto repair shops and then saved enough money to go to school. Got my ASE certifications, as many certifications I can get to grow in the auto repair industry. Opened my first shop in south side Chicago known for its crimes and tough cold streets. Had the shop for well over a decade and realized it is time to go to south Florida in Boca Raton. Mazel Auto Repair has now been established in the heart of Boca Raton for over ten years. We service all of Palm Beach County and plan to provide nothing but transparency and honesty to all of our clients and new customers. We work with ALL makes and models including European, Asian, and Domestic.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Our shop has had its bumps in the road but recently we have been going smoothly due to changes in the business and operations. We had issues with keeping up with the demand and not being able to provide the services for every new customer that tries to reach out. We have fake accounts all the time trying to leave us fake reviews on google or yelp but thankfully our loyal clients help us beat them by leaving honest reviews. It took many years to build trust with the clients we have today and when we started off we were almost mobile mechanics.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are an auto repair shop in east boca raton right in the heart of Mizner park. We do general repairs such as oil changes, brakes, preventative maintenance repairs, and diagnostics. We also do more advanced repairs such as engine repairs and replacements, transmission replacements, re programming and re flashing modules. What stands out from our shop is we provide a 24,000 mile or 24 month warranty on all parts and labor and we always provide pictures, videos, and detailed explanations to ensure transparency with every client. We take great pride in the quality of parts we provide and most importantly the quality of work we provide from having certified and very experienced technicians. We offer a loyalty program to our clients that trust with their vehicles and their safety.
