Hi Bridgette, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started in real estate in 1988, shortly after moving to Miami from New Jersey. At just 21 years old, I purchased my first home. This was an experience that opened my eyes to the power of ownership and the opportunities this country could offer. Achieving the American dream at such a young age inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others do the same. Real estate became more than just a profession for me. It was a way to guide people through one of the most important milestones of their lives and to show them that building generational wealth through property is possible.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. When I first started out, one of the biggest challenges was simply being taken seriously. I was only 21, but people often assumed I was just 16, which made it difficult for clients to trust my experience or believe I could guide them through such a major decision. I had to work twice as hard to prove myself and earn that trust.
The industry itself was also very different back then. We didn’t have the technology or instant communication we rely on today. I carried a beeper, and if a client needed me, I had to wait until I got to a phone to call them back. Marketing was another uphill battle—there was no social media or email campaigns. Instead, I invested in stamps, mailing out flyers and postcards, or placing ads in the Miami Times and the Miami Herald, just hoping someone would pick up the phone and call.
Those early struggles taught me resilience and creativity, and they shaped the way I built my career.
As you know, we’re big fans of Full Service Realty Inc. . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I’ve been in real estate for over 35 years, and throughout that time I’ve built my business around one simple principle: people come first. Buying a home can be overwhelming, and I pride myself on working with individuals and families who need a little more hand-holding through the process. Whether it’s resale or new construction, I specialize in residential real estate across Florida, and I make sure my clients feel supported every step of the way.
What sets me apart is my attention to detail and my commitment to truly listening. No rock goes unturned when I’m helping someone find their home, because I want my clients to feel heard, understood, and cared for. For me, it’s not just about closing a deal. It’s about making sure they achieve their dream of homeownership with confidence and peace of mind.
I’m most proud of the integrity that defines my brand. I’ve always been intentional about serving people in my community, especially those who don’t always receive the best experiences in real estate. I want my clients to win, so I go above and beyond to deliver.

After three and a half decades in this industry, my goal remains the same: to help people build legacy and community through homeownership.

For me, everything starts with my faith. I put God first, and my Bible has always been my roadmap: for life, for work, and for how I show up for others. It keeps me grounded and reminds me that my purpose is bigger than just selling homes; it’s about serving people.
I also enjoy reading motivational books like The Purpose Driven Life, which help me reconnect with why I do this work and encourage me to keep showing up with integrity, compassion, and dedication for my clients. Those resources remind me that success isn’t just measured in numbers. It’s measured in the lives you impact along the way.
