Hi Oliver, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey in real estate began behind the scenes — managing properties, handling maintenance calls, dealing with tenant concerns, and learning the ins and outs of what truly makes a property work. As a property manager, I didn’t just manage buildings — I managed people, expectations, and real-life situations, day in and day out.
It was in those early years that I developed a deep understanding of the real estate market from the ground up. I learned how to assess property value, what makes a great investment, and most importantly, how to communicate clearly and effectively with both owners and tenants. These skills became the foundation of something bigger.
Over time, I realized I wanted to play a more active role in helping people achieve their real estate goals — not just manage properties, but help others buy, sell, and invest in them. With that goal in mind, I made the leap, earned his real estate license, and never looked back.
Today, I brings the same attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and client-first attitude that made him a standout property manager into every real estate transaction I handles. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, sellers ready for their next chapter, or investors seeking the right opportunity, I combine industry knowledge with a steady, no-pressure approach.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It wasn’t all smooth from the start.
When I transitioned from property management into real estate sales, I knew it would be a new challenge — but I didn’t expect just how tough it would be. The excitement of getting licensed quickly met the reality of a highly competitive market, long days without a single lead, and the sharp sting of hearing “no” more times than he could count.
In the early days, listings were hard to come by. Open houses were quiet. Deals that seemed promising would fall through at the last minute. And every time that happened, I questioned if I had made the right move. I watched other agent’s close deals and post wins, while I was learning, grinding, and often facing rejection.
There were months where nothing closed. Months where the hustle didn’t seem to pay off.
But I kept showing up.
I doubled down on learning — studying contracts, shadowing top agents, and investing in coaching. I made calls when I didn’t feel like it. I knocked on doors, sent emails, followed up — again and again. I reminded himself why I started: to help people, to grow, and to create a business he could be proud of.
Eventually, things started to shift. One client turned into two. A small win turned into a referral. Slowly but surely, I built trust, experience, and momentum. And when deals finally began to close, I appreciated them even more — because I knew what it took to get there.
Today, my success isn’t measured just by numbers. It’s in the resilience I built during the hardest seasons, the lessons I learned from the deals that didn’t close, and the relationships I formed along the way.

Next, I owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to my wife and family. They’ve been my unwavering support system through every high and low, every late night, and every obstacle. Their love, encouragement, and belief in me have kept me going, even when the road was tough. My wife, in particular, has been my rock — her patience, understanding, and dedication have allowed me to chase my dreams while balancing the demands of family life.
The sacrifices they’ve made and the sacrifices they continue to make mean the world to me. Without their constant support and encouragement, I wouldn’t be where I am today. This journey is as much theirs as it is mine.
