Hi anastacia, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ince breaker: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
serving at chruch and singing worship.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Bleach and Lash specializes in premium services like hair color, lash extensions, makeup, and more—all designed for women who value beauty, efficiency, and a luxury experience. What makes us different is not just what we do, but how we do it. Our salon is a space where both clients and professionals feel empowered, seen, and inspired.

As twin sisters, Alexis and I bring two unique strengths to the business—but share one vision: to create a beauty destination rooted in quality, professionalism, and community. We’re deeply committed to mentoring other beauty professionals, offering education, and expanding our impact through future franchise locations.

Our journey is more than a business—it’s a calling and a testimony of God’s faithfulness. Bleach and Lash is a reflection of bold vision, hard work, and the belief that with God, all things are possible.

Whether you’re looking to enhance your look or grow in your beauty career, we’d love to welcome you into our space and our story.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
One moment that truly shaped how I see the world was when I decided to step out in faith and pursue this business without having all the answers. I didn’t come from a family of entrepreneurs, and there were a lot of unknowns—but I had a vision, a promise from God, and a determination to walk it out.

There was a specific season where things felt impossible—financial pressure, lack of resources, and doubt creeping in—but I remember praying with my sister, and we chose to believe that what we were building had a bigger purpose. That moment taught me that faith isn’t about having a backup plan—it’s about trusting that even when you can’t see the full picture, you’re being led.

It shifted my mindset from survival to impact. I no longer saw the world as just a place to get by, but as a space where I could create opportunities, empower others, and leave a legacy. That moment birthed not just a salon, but a mission. And I carry that perspective into everything I do—knowing that what we build with God isn’t just for us, but for everyone we’re called to serve.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me something that success never could—that God is still good, even in the middle of the pain. When you’re in a season where nothing makes sense, where doors close, resources dry up, or your heart is broken—that’s when you really come face-to-face with who God is.

Success can make you feel strong, but suffering humbles you and brings you to your knees in a way that reminds you that your strength was never the source—it was always Him. In those low moments, I learned that God doesn’t leave. He’s not just present when things are going right; He’s closest when things feel like they’re falling apart.

Suffering stripped away the illusion of control and taught me how to trust. It gave me a deeper intimacy with God, one that success alone could never offer. I learned that even when I didn’t have the answers, or when the outcome didn’t look like what I hoped for, His character never changed—He was still faithful, still kind, still working it all for my good.

Those hard seasons gave me a strength, a compassion, and a purpose that I now carry into everything I do—from how I lead, to how I love, to how I serve others through this business.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
One cultural value I protect no matter what is integrity. For me and my sister Alexis, this goes way deeper than business—it’s personal. It’s about being the same person behind closed doors as we are in front of people. It’s choosing honesty over shortcuts, character over clout, and truth over what’s trendy.

There were moments in building this business where it would’ve been easy to bend the rules, to do what was “easier” or “faster”—but we always came back to this one truth: If God gave us this vision, then we’re going to honor Him with how we carry it out. Even if no one sees it. Even if it costs us something.

Protecting integrity means we’re intentional about who we allow into our space, how we treat our team, and how we show up for our clients. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being real, accountable, and consistent. And honestly, it’s what creates the peace and trust people feel when they walk into our salon.

Because at the end of the day, success without integrity doesn’t last. But when you build something on the right foundation, it can go the distance—and impact lives far beyond what you can see.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Yes, I believe you can—and I have. I’ve learned that giving your best isn’t about who’s watching or applauding—it’s about who you’re doing it for. For me, that’s God. I’ve had seasons where I poured my heart into something and it felt like no one noticed, no one said “thank you,” and no one clapped. But even in those quiet, unseen moments, I knew I was still called to show up with excellence.

I’ve come to understand that real integrity and purpose show up when you’re still giving 100%—even when the room is empty. Because if I’m only working for praise, then I’ll only be as consistent as the applause. But if I’m working as unto the Lord, then I can stay steady, knowing He sees it all.

And honestly, the most beautiful rewards have come from the moments no one ever saw. The breakthrough, the growth, the favor—those came because I stayed faithful when it felt like nothing was moving. That’s when character is built. That’s when your “why” gets refined. And that’s the kind of strength I want to lead with, live with, and build into everything we do at Bleach and Lash.
