Kerron Ramlochan shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Kerron, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
My mornings as of recent seems hectic , I’m rushing to get myself ready for the day. Plus I usually don’t eat breakfast.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m inspired by people and there journey. I think it’s because I am on my own path figuring out what road is best for me and I think that’s the unique thing about reaching a goal. It’s really looking at what you are good at and figuring out how to use the tools given to you to accomplish it. My brand isn’t just me and what I see, my brand is a conversation and so much more based on the human connection.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I truly believe is people actions can break a bond but can also restore them. But the reality of any relationship is , who willing take responsibility for there actions and the time to fix what was broken.
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
My younger self believed pain and suffering or struggles are meant only for the person going through them.. it’s something you hide, but it’s becomes a heavy load to carry around. I believe in my mid-twenties I started to embrace my own pain and I tired to understand what it meant to me and how I could use that to become a better me. Self discovery is a never ending journey that one has to be open to receiving.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes and no , I can only give oh so much of who I am and I truly believe apart of everyone needs to be protected.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What will you regret not doing?
Being true to myself even if it’s wrong there’s a lesson in everything
