Story & Lesson Highlights with Izabela Bos of Miami, FL

Izabela Bos shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Izabela, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What do you think is misunderstood about your business?
One common misconception about That Digital Belle is that we only manage social media accounts or create content. In reality, we’re a strategic digital marketing consultancy that helps brands unlock their full online potential. Our work goes beyond aesthetics — we focus on data-driven storytelling, human-centered branding, and authentic digital experiences that align with our clients’ values and long-term goals.

People often underestimate the level of strategy, analytics, and emotional intelligence that goes into building brand trust online. We don’t just “post and hope” — we research, test, analyze, and adapt. Every caption, campaign, and collaboration is rooted in insight and intention. Our clients come to us not just for visibility, but for clarity, alignment, and meaningful connection with their audience.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Izabela Bos, the founder and owner of That Digital Belle — a digital marketing consultancy rooted in storytelling, strategy, and soul. I specialize in helping mission-driven brands and creative entrepreneurs amplify their voice online through intentional content, smart strategy, and meaningful engagement.

What makes That Digital Belle unique is our blend of heart and analytics—we don’t just create content that looks good; we create experiences that feel real, build trust, and drive impact. With a background in social media and human-centered communication, I bring a multidimensional approach to brand building that’s both data-informed and deeply personal.

Right now, I’m especially passionate about helping brands show up more authentically online and guiding organizations through the evolving digital landscape with clarity and creativity. Whether it’s launching a campaign, building a content system, or crafting a brand voice, my work is always rooted in purpose and people.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
What breaks the bonds between people?

At the core, it’s often a lack of understanding, poor communication, or disconnection from shared values. When people stop feeling seen, heard, or valued — whether in personal relationships, communities, or within organizations — trust erodes. In today’s digital age, surface-level interactions can replace genuine connection, and that can slowly wear down the emotional fabric that holds people together.

What restores them?

Reconnection starts with intentionality — listening with empathy, showing up with consistency, and creating space for honest dialogue. Whether in real life or online, bonds are rebuilt through trust, shared purpose, and vulnerability. In my work, I’ve seen how authentic storytelling, thoughtful branding, and aligned communication can rekindle that connection — not just between people, but between brands and the communities they serve. We heal and restore when we move from transactional to transformational.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, there was a time I almost gave up — when I was balancing the weight of entrepreneurship with the demands of full-time work and personal responsibilities. I remember feeling like I was pouring so much energy into building something meaningful, but the results didn’t always come as quickly as the effort I was putting in. It was exhausting, and there were moments I questioned whether it was all worth it.

But every time I came close to walking away, something pulled me back — a message from a client whose story we helped amplify, a spark of inspiration during a brainstorming session, or even a moment of clarity about why I started in the first place. I realized that building something with purpose isn’t supposed to be easy — it’s supposed to stretch you, challenge you, and shape you into the kind of person who can carry the mission forward.

That season taught me the value of resilience, rest, and re-alignment. I didn’t give up — I evolved. And That Digital Belle is stronger because of it.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
Authenticity.

In everything I do — whether it’s storytelling, brand strategy, or building relationships — I protect authenticity at all costs. It’s easy to get caught up in trends or present a curated version of success, especially in digital spaces. But real connection only happens when we show up honestly, with purpose and vulnerability.

I believe people can feel the difference between content that’s crafted to impress and content that’s created to connect. That’s why I prioritize transparency in client work, lead with empathy in collaborations, and encourage brands to tell the truth about who they are — even the imperfect parts. Because authenticity builds trust, and trust is everything.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m in flow — creating something with purpose, whether it’s crafting a brand story, building a strategy, or simply writing from the heart. There’s a calm that comes from knowing I’m doing meaningful work that aligns with who I am and who I want to become.
