An Inspired Chat with Tayane Angely of Boca Raton

We recently had the chance to connect with Tayane Angely and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Tayane, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
Absolutely. I would hire myself because having a nutrition and training coach like me means having someone who evaluates with precision, tracks progress closely, and provides ongoing motivation. I would want a professional who not only delivers a plan but also brings strategic insights and personalized guidance according to my phenotype and the physical identity I aspire to achieve, someone who inspires me and pushes me to go further.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Tayane Angely, founder of Coach Tay Concept and creator of the Hiperfoco Program. This exclusive 8 week journey combines personalized nutrition strategies, structured training, and continuous support to help people achieve results with focus and intention.

What makes my work unique is that I go beyond simply delivering a plan. I provide clarity, strategy, and direction aligned with each person’s phenotype and the physical identity they aspire to achieve. I also teach any healthy individual how to start from zero, beginning with nutritional re education and leading them to experience the lifestyle of an athlete. My mission is to motivate, monitor progress closely, and inspire clients to unlock their best version both physically and mentally.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory was when I gave a lecture in Boston on “From Nutritional Re-education to High Performance.” I shared transformation stories of people I had coached, some of whom overcame alcoholism, depression, and even drug use. The feedback from the audience was extremely positive, and in that moment I understood the true reach and impact of my work.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me resilience in a way that success never could. It revealed to me that God was always present, even in my most painful and darkest moments, guiding me, strengthening me, and shaping my character. Those experiences gave me unshakable faith and inner strength that prepared me for the responsibilities and opportunities He would later place in my life. Today, I see that every challenge was divine preparation for my mission and purpose.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
A project I am deeply committed to is teaching my Hiperfoco Method to other health and wellness professionals. My vision is to multiply impact by equipping coaches, nutritionists, and trainers with the tools and strategies I have developed over the years. This way I not only transform lives directly but also create a ripple effect by empowering other professionals to impact many more. To me this is my legacy project, something that transcends my individual career and contributes to a larger movement of health, performance, and transformation.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I am truly living what I was born to do, fulfilling the purpose that God designed for my life. In the past I worked as a civil engineer and also as a sales executive in a multinational elevator company. Those were valuable experiences, but they were not aligned with my true calling. I made the courageous decision to completely change direction and embrace a new path. Today I have the privilege of impacting lives, transforming health, unlocking performance, and providing a new quality of life. More than a profession, this is my ministry, my mission, and my legacy.
