Good morning Jessica, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
My beautiful family.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Jessica Ana Diaz; I have been in nursing since 2006. Specifically in the fields of pediatrics, emergency medicine, home health, medical research, primary care, & aesthetic medicine. My goal, as a Nurse Practitioner, was to own my own med spa & in 2020 Beauty Derm Med Spa was born. Being in the Aesthetic field truly is my passion. I love helping others feel more beautiful & confident. In February of 2020 I started as a mobile. concierge service & worked Saturdays at a busy hair salon to help build up my client base. By October 2021 I had transitioned to a brick-and-mortar suite at a busy outdoor shopping mall & currently I am in a beautiful, high-end suite. To date, I have had the pleasure of treating over 500 clients.
Beauty Derm is about aging gracefully. We offer anti-aging facials, regenerative injections (PDGF), biostimulators, botox, fillers, wellness injectables to help with aging from the inside out, as well as weight-loss injectables. My specialty is to enhance a client’s beauty with natural-looking results.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling powerful was when I started Beauty Derm. I faced many obstacles & challenges, but nothing stopped me from fulfilling this dream.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Fear of failure is real, but when your mindset is that failure is not an option, you can move mountains.
