Good morning Thalita, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
I start my day with coffee and prayers. Take Coco to the beach and head home after to get ready for work.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am Brazilian-born Body Sculptor and wellness expert with over 15 years of experience in fitness, nutrition, and holistic health. A former competitive athlete that now focuses on empowering women. I’m launching a signature program, the LLL Method (Long Lean Legs), which combines strategic training, carb cycling, and mindful living to create lean, toned lower bodies while fostering balance and confidence. My mission is simple: to help women feel strong, vibrant, and at home in their own skin.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
When I stepped on the gym for the first time.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Through difficulties we learn that we are stronger than we think. It’s when we have to reinvent ourselves.
