An Inspired Chat with Victoria Rellihan of miami

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Victoria Rellihan. Check out our conversation below.

Hi Victoria, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
One recent moment that made me feel proud was seeing Fit and Sweet expand into Sedano’s supermarkets here in Miami. For me, it’s not just about growing into 24 new stores, but about making healthy options more accessible to the community — that’s exactly why I started this journey.

On a more personal side, another moment that touched me deeply was seeing my grandparents, who are in their 80s, start training with a coach after being inspired by my own running routine. Watching them move, laugh, and enjoy exercise at that age reminded me how powerful and contagious healthy habits can be.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Vicky Rellihan, and I’m the founder of Fit and Sweet, a brand born from my personal journey of transforming my health and lifestyle. A few years ago, after facing hormonal and emotional challenges, I discovered how powerful nutrition, mindset, and movement can be in rebuilding not only your body but your life. That’s when I decided to create products that reflect that — healthy, delicious snacks that are gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and made for people who want balance without compromise.

What makes Fit and Sweet special is that it’s not just a product line — it’s part of a lifestyle. We’re currently in supermarkets and cafés across Miami, vending machines at Aventura Mall, and expanding into major chains like Sedano’s and MIlams market, proving that healthy options can and should be available everywhere.

Beyond the products, I’m also a health coach and marathon runner, and I share my journey with my community to inspire others to embrace healthy living in a joyful, sustainable way. Right now, I’m working on expanding Fit and Sweet further in the U.S. and continuing to connect wellness, entrepreneurship, and community through everything I do.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I believed that life was supposed to follow a perfect script — that things would just happen the way you imagined. Now I know it’s much more about how you respond, adapt, and create opportunities for yourself.

Through my journey as an entrepreneur and marathon runner, I’ve learned that being the owner of your future comes down to the daily decisions you make — your habits, your discipline, and how you choose to live. Building my company has shown me that success isn’t written in advance; it’s something you create every day with consistency, resilience, and a clear vision of the life you want to build.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could say one kind thing to my younger self, it would be: don’t worry about following a perfect script. Your future isn’t something that just happens to you — it’s something you create with your daily habits and the choices you make. One day you’ll see that discipline, resilience, and self-care will become your superpowers. You’ll build a business from your passion, run marathons you never thought possible, and design a life that is truly yours

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes — the public version of me is the real me. I’ve always believed that the best thing you can do is to be genuine, and that’s how I choose to show up. Whether it’s as a motivator, sharing my highs, or being open about the struggles, I try to be as authentic as possible. My communication is not a strategy built in a boardroom — it’s organic, because it’s me: my story, my lifestyle, my habits. I think people connect with that honesty, and that’s what makes it meaningful

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m moving in alignment with the life I’ve chosen — whether that’s running long distances, sharing a quiet meal with my family, or simply sticking to the healthy habits that ground me. For me, peace comes from knowing I’m living authentically, making daily choices that reflect who I truly am, and creating a future I believe in. It’s that balance of discipline and joy that brings me the deepest calm.
