Daily Inspiration: Meet Lauri Anne

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauri Anne.

Hi Lauri, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My modeling journey began unexpectedly a few years ago when a photographer approached me at a grocery store—and the rest is history. Since then, I’ve explored and done a range of modeling styles including bridal, hand modeling, product, editorial, commercial, runway, lifestyle, and beauty. I express my inner self and creativity through each photo.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been an eye-opening and truly wonderful experience, but like any journey, it hasn’t been without its unexpected hiccups and challenges. There were moments that tested my confidence and flexibility, but I’ve learned to navigate them by staying proactive, versatile, and resilient. I believe in always maintaining a positive attitude, even when things don’t go as planned. Every challenge has helped me grow, not just as a model, but as a person.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a multi-genre model specializing in bridal, product, editorial, commercial, runway, and beauty work. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with major product brands like Juvea, Macys Place, DAX Haircare and Fancy’s Hair Innovation, and I’ve also modeled for a variety of local restaurants and breweries. My work spans both creative and commercial spaces, and I take pride in being adaptable and professional across a range of projects. You can even find me on Amazon for product modeling.

What I’m most proud of is how far I’ve come from an unexpected beginning to building a growing portfolio and a clear vision for the future. I’m working toward expanding into acting and commercial roles, bringing my authentic storytelling and expression to the industry.

What sets me apart is my authenticity, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay versatile while remaining true to who I am. Some say I can be silly at times, I would agree. I show up with positivity, professionalism, and a genuine love for what I do—and that energy translates into every shoot, every runway, and every project I take on. I am also known for my natural beauty and amazing curly hair!

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success to me is living your dreams and goals while remaining true to yourself and humble. Success is about growth, purpose, and staying true to yourself. It’s not just about recognition or big achievements, though those are great milestones, but more about importantly how much you’re learning, how resilient you remain through challenges, and how aligned you are with your values.

Success means consistently showing up, pushing forward, and evolving, not only in your craft but as a person. It’s about making a positive impact, building genuine connections, and keeping a good attitude no matter what the journey brings. If I’m growing, staying grounded, and inspiring others to do the same, then I consider that a success.
