I came to the United States with nothing but a vision: to build a future where financial security was not a privilege, but a right. Like many immigrants, I had to start from scratch—learning the system, working hard, and facing setbacks head-on.
What changed everything for me was realizing that insurance isn’t just about policies or numbers—it’s about protecting families, dreams, and futures. That’s when I founded V&L Agency, with a mission not only to serve clients, but also to empower new agents to succeed in this industry.
Today, I run my agency with that same drive I had on day one, but with a bigger vision: to create impact at scale, mentor others, and use innovative marketing strategies to connect with people in a way that feels real and human. My story is still being written—but it’s one fueled by resilience, purpose, and the belief that we can all design a more secure tomorrow.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
