Let’s jump in with a fun one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day are sacred—they set the tone for everything. I start with a workout, which gives me so much energy and clears my mind. When I get back, I take 15 minutes to meditate and intentionally program my day—mentally, emotionally, and energetically. After that, I move into my full beauty and skincare routine. It’s my time to reconnect with myself, starting with a soothing facial massage and followed by each step of my skincare ritual. It’s not just about appearance—it’s about feeling grounded, confident, and aligned before I step into the day.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Tetiana, founder of Tati Lashes Studio—a beauty space built from passion, precision, and purpose. I specialize in high-end lash extension services, offering everything from natural classic sets to bold mega volume looks. But my journey in the beauty industry goes far beyond lashes.
What makes my brand unique is the combination of hands-on artistry and deep mentorship. I’ve built private and group lash courses designed not just to teach technique, but to empower the next generation of lash artists with business skills, confidence, and community. I also offer 1:1 mentorship for artists and entrepreneurs who want to grow strategically and sustainably.
Looking ahead, I’m launching life coaching programs that support women not only in business, but in life, mindset, and personal development. I believe beauty starts from within—and I’m here to help others align with their full potential.
I’m also proud to offer a growing line of professional products for lash artists, created with quality and performance in mind. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, everything I create is rooted in my belief that you deserve tools, guidance, and support that elevate you at every level.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling truly powerful was when I taught my first group of students in my lash course. Standing in front of them, sharing everything I had learned through hard work and experience—it was the moment I realized my journey could empower others. I wasn’t just doing lashes anymore; I was helping people build new careers, shift their mindset, and believe in themselves. Seeing their eyes light up with excitement and confidence reminded me that my purpose was bigger than just beauty—it was about impact. That moment changed everything for me.
When did you last change your mind about something important?
I last changed my mind about something important when I realized that material things no longer held the same value for me. There was a time in my life when I was so focused on making money and achieving external success—but it never truly fulfilled me. Eventually, I shifted my mindset and started focusing on others: how I could help, serve, and make a difference. That’s when everything started to change. The more I poured into others, the more blessings began flowing back to me—naturally, effortlessly, and with purpose. Letting go of the chase for material things gave me a deeper sense of peace, alignment, and true abundance.

A belief I’m committed to—no matter how long it takes—is helping others grow into the best version of themselves. Through my mentorship program and life coaching, I want to guide people not just in the beauty industry, but in building a meaningful, well-rounded life. The beauty world gave me my start, and I’ll always be grateful for that. But now, I’m stepping into a bigger purpose—helping others succeed in business, find clarity in life, and move with confidence in love and strategy.
There are so many people who feel overwhelmed, lost, unsure of their values, and held back by fear. I’ve been there, and no matter what I’ve gone through, I know I was meant to turn my experiences into something empowering for others. I’m committed to helping people shift their mindset, unlock their potential, and step into the life they truly deserve. This isn’t just a career—it’s a calling. And I’m here for it, every step of the way.

I feel most at peace when I’m hugging my baby Pomeranian, Casper. There’s something so pure about the love between us—it’s unconditional, calming, and grounding. No matter how chaotic life gets, the moment I hold him, everything slows down. His little heartbeat, his soft fur, the way he looks at me with total trust—it reminds me of what truly matters. He doesn’t care about how busy my day was or what goals I’m chasing—he just loves me as I am. That kind of love brings me the deepest sense of peace, comfort, and gratitude.
