Good morning Krystle, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
It’s tough to pick just one as the most important because they all work together in alignment. Without integrity, intelligence can become manipulation, and without integrity energy can turn into chaos. But with integrity at the core, everything else has the space to grow.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Krystle Karee, Founder & CEO of Think Magik Solutions, a boutique brand and digital design studio based in South Florida. We help mission-driven businesses bring their ideas to life through thoughtful, strategic branding and digital experiences that not only look great but support real growth.
What sets Think Magik apart is our balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on creative execution. Whether it’s crafting custom brand kits, designing user-friendly websites, or supporting ongoing brand implementation efforts, we work as a true extension of our clients’ teams, not just another vendor.
My background is in visual communication, user experience design, and data analytics, which allows me to approach projects from both a creative and strategic lens. I understand how strong design supports business goals, and how small details shape the bigger picture.
Right now, we’re focused on growing our Brand Management Subscription, an ongoing partnership where we help clients apply their brand consistently across their digital touchpoints, including social media, email, and web. At the heart of it all, we’re here to help our clients show up with confidence, communicate with clarity, and grow with purpose.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I’ve always been someone who sees things clearly and deeply, like I was born with a strong sense of truth. But growing up, I was often surrounded by people who didn’t really know how to live in that kind of honesty. I remember when I used to dance without needing anyone’s permission. When I didn’t feel the need to explain my light and just let it shine. I remember the version of me that never apologized for feeling things deeply.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yeah, there was a time I almost gave up.
I was giving so much of my energy, time, and heart to people who couldn’t really see me. They didn’t support me emotionally, made me question my worth, and love started to feel more like work than care.
Little by little, my dream got quieter because I was too busy trying to survive the emptiness they left behind. I almost gave up when I started to believe that love and constant sacrifice were the same thing.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
I protect emotional safety, legacy, loyalty, and real connection. I believe that emotions are sacred, something you don’t just throw around. When someone breaks my trust, it’s not just a hurt feeling, it feels like they’ve violated something sacred.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
What might be misunderstood about my legacy is that it came from struggle. But really, it came from deep love and devotion to the work that matters to me. People might think I suffer or burn out chasing success but the truth is, I feel most alive when I’m building something real.
They might see my drive and think it’s pressure, but it’s actually my joy. Creating, building, showing up fully, that’s my way of honoring what I’m here to do.
