We’re looking forward to introducing you to Valeriia Krepel. Check out our conversation below.
Good morning Valeriia, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day in my life right now is anything but ordinary.
I wake up with the sunrise, meditate or dance to awaken my energy, and spend the first hour setting clear intentions. Then I dive into my projects — from beauty salon management to book promotion, interviews, car rentals, and choreography.
There’s always a mix of meetings, content creation, and giving back to my community.
But no matter how full my schedule is, I always make time for movement, music, and joy. Because that’s what keeps me alive.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Valeriia Krepel — Mrs. Globe Petite 2025.
On June 21st, 2025, in Palm Springs, I was honored to be crowned the very first Mrs. Globe Petite in the 30-year history of the world-renowned Mrs. Globe competition.
This wasn’t just a pageant moment — it was a moment of history.
For three decades, the Mrs. Globe organization has been a symbol of elegance, empowerment, and the beauty of feminine strength. But in all those years, there had never been a dedicated title for petite women — until now.
In honor of the competition’s 30th anniversary, the organization’s incredible founder, Dr. Tracy Kemble, introduced a new category — a bold and powerful step that gave petite women around the world a voice, a spotlight, and a crown.
Dr. Tracy Kemble is more than a founder — she is a visionary, a force of nature, and a fearless leader who has spent decades celebrating women’s transformation. Her strength, heart, and brilliance are undeniable. She doesn’t just run a pageant — she builds movements. She doesn’t just crown winners — she changes lives.
And I had the deep honor of becoming the founding titleholder of this new era.
To be the first woman in history to wear the Mrs. Globe Petite crown — to open this door for others — is something I carry with deep pride and responsibility.
But that’s not all. At this very moment, I’m completing one of the most meaningful projects of my life — my upcoming book, “From Police Officer to Queen.”
The official presentation will take place on August 20th, 2025 in Miami, and I couldn’t be more excited.
This book is more than a memoir. It’s a journey of radical transformation. From growing up in a small Ukrainian town, to serving in a secret division of law enforcement… from exhaustion and survival, to opening my own beauty salon… from leaving everything behind and moving to a new country, to finding myself again — through dance, through faith, through purpose.
It’s a story for anyone who has ever hit rock bottom…
For those who have forgotten their worth…
And for those who are ready to rise again and become the queen of their own life.
“It’s all about the W.I.N. — 30 years of Serving and Celebrating Women.”
And now, we write a new chapter. Boldly. Beautifully. Together.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world shaped me, I was a wild-hearted little girl from a small Ukrainian town who dreamed of dancing on the biggest stages. I was fearless, creative, disobedient — not because I wanted to rebel, but because I felt the fire of something greater inside me.
But the world told me to be quiet, to follow rules, to choose a “real profession.” So I became a police officer. Yet even then, my soul danced.
Only after losing myself — and then finding the courage to return to who I was — did I truly begin to live.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, there was a time I almost gave up.
I was working three jobs — police officer by day, waitress and dancer by night — sleeping just two hours a day, trying to pay back my mother’s debt for my education. I had no time, no strength, no support. I once fell asleep on the last metro stop and woke up not knowing where I was — it felt like I had lost myself.
But something inside me refused to surrender.
I reminded myself of the little girl who loved to dance, who believed she could be someone. And that night, in the middle of darkness, I made a promise to myself: This is not how my story ends.
Since then, I’ve built businesses, moved to a new country, found love, and now — I am standing strong, wearing a crown, helping others rise too.
Resilience is born in the moments we almost give up — but don’t.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
I’ve never really had idols in my life. But today, I can say with all my heart that I truly admire Dr. Tracy Kemble.
She has become the kind of woman I aspire to be — graceful, powerful, feminine, elegant, and unwavering in her purpose.
The way she leads, the way she creates, the way she uplifts others — it’s deeply inspiring. She doesn’t just achieve her goals — she makes the world better as she does it.
I want to walk a path like hers. I want to keep growing into the woman who not only follows her dreams but helps other women find theirs.
I know that I already serve as an example for many women — and it is the greatest honor. But I want to reach more, inspire more, and empower more women around the world.
I believe that’s my mission — and I’m just getting started.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
I would stop doubting myself.
Stop holding back my light to make others comfortable.
Stop waiting for the “perfect time” and start living every day as if my dream has already come true.
Ten years isn’t a long time — but it’s enough to dance like no one’s watching, to speak my truth, to lift others up, and to make every woman believe she is a queen.
