We recently had the chance to connect with Ryan Stewart and have shared our conversation below.
Ryan, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day never really belong to me — they belong to God and my family. I have an 18-month-old son, so no two mornings are exactly the same. Sometimes it’s peaceful, sometimes it’s chaos.
But I do my best to stay anchored. I always start with prayer — even if it’s just a few quiet minutes to reconnect and ask for patience, strength, and clarity. After that, my focus shifts to my son. I take him for a walk before the Florida heat kicks in, and we spend time together while I make him breakfast.
Once he’s settled, I shift into work mode. But I try to protect that early window for presence — with God, and with my son — before the noise of the business day begins.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name’s Ryan Stewart — I’m a marketer, entrepreneur, and founder of WEBRIS, a digital agency that helps law firms grow through Facebook Ads and search marketing.
I’ve been in the marketing business for over 15 years, and I’ve built, scaled, and sold multiple businesses along the way. Right now, my focus is on building repeatable systems that generate qualified leads for law firms — without relying on outdated tactics or overpriced lead vendors.
What makes us different is that we actually do the work — no fluff, no middlemen. We’ve built proprietary frameworks for running ads, tracking results, and training our clients’ teams so they don’t stay dependent on agencies forever.
Outside of business, I’m a dad, I’m faith-driven, and I’m focused on doing meaningful work.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My relationship with God — through Jesus — has shaped everything about how I see myself.
For a long time, I measured my worth by success, money, and performance. I chased validation through business wins and external accomplishments. But that always left me feeling empty, like nothing was ever enough.
Building a real relationship with God changed that. Through prayer, Scripture, and surrender, I’ve started to see myself the way He sees me — not for what I do, but for who I am. Loved, redeemed, and called to something bigger than myself.
It hasn’t been a clean or easy journey. I’ve made a lot of mistakes. But Jesus meets me with grace every time. That relationship grounds me, humbles me, and constantly reminds me where my identity truly lies.
When did you last change your mind about something important?
Honestly — every day. Running a business means making hard decisions constantly, but it also means being accountable for those decisions. That requires listening — to your team, your clients, your gut — and being willing to change your mind when new information comes in.
I used to think strong leadership meant sticking to your guns. Now I know real leadership is being flexible enough to pivot, take feedback, and admit when you’re wrong. Changing your mind isn’t a weakness — it’s part of growth.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Of course not. I create a lot of video content — some of it reaches hundreds of thousands of people. Is it me? Yeah. But how well can you really know someone through a few 40-second clips?
The public version shows a slice of who I am — mostly the business side. But the real me is rooted in faith and family. I’m a father, a follower of Christ, and someone who’s made mistakes and is working daily to become a better man.
What you see online is real — but it’s not the whole story.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. If you laid down your name, role, and possessions—what would remain?
The only two things that truly matter: faith and family.
Titles, money, success — they come and go. But my relationship with God and my role as a father are the foundation of who I am. Strip everything else away, and that’s what I stand on.
