We recently had the chance to connect with katherine bigott and have shared our conversation below.
Hi katherine , thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What is a normal day like for you right now?
My day usually starts with me time, I like to get my workout in first thing in the morning as it allows me to clear my head and feel energized. In addition to this, I also start my day with my manifestation journal following Project 369, I have been implementing this into my routine on and off for years now and it has worked like magic, it makes me feel centered in what I am trying to achieve in the moment, whether that is something professional or personal, I set my intention and draw my energy to it.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Katherine Bigott, Founder and CEO of BSOCIAL Group—a boutique Marketing & Growth Strategy agency.
At BSOCIAL Group, we don’t just build brands—we shape narratives that resonate, inspire, and convert. We thoughtfully develop more than marketing strategies—we curate presence.
Rooted in the world of luxury interiors and design, our approach blends business acumen with aesthetic intuition, ensuring every move feels as intentional as it is impactful. We are strategists with a creative edge, trusted partners with an insider’s understanding.
Our work lives at the intersection of refinement and relevance—designed not just to be seen, but to be remembered by those who matter most.
We help brands earn their place—through substance, through story, through strategy. Because in our world, it’s not about being everywhere. It’s about being seen in the right places, by the right people, with the right voice.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who taught you the most about work?
I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. Both my mom and dad built a business from the ground up—producing and installing asphalt in Venezuela—and turned it into a thriving, highly successful company.
From an early age, I witnessed the deep commitment, resilience, and vision it takes to start and grow a business. I admired not only my parents’ work ethic but also the balance they struck between their careers and their lives. I experienced firsthand the rewards of hard work paying off as their company grew and became highly profitable.
My mom, in particular, instilled in me the importance of pursuing a career I truly loved—and preparing myself to be the very best at it. She encouraged me to stay hungry for both personal and professional growth, and to fiercely protect my independence.
That mindset came full circle when I left Venezuela to complete my undergraduate degree in Advertising & Public Relations in Boca Raton, Florida. I began my career in advertising agencies, where I gained invaluable experience and quickly climbed the ranks. But as I transitioned from a boutique-style agency to a corporate environment, I started feeling the familiar pull—an instinct for “what’s next.” For me, that next step was clear: it was time to create something of my own.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
There were many moments when I almost gave up. Starting a business demands patience and resilience—and in my case, it took nearly three years before I was profitable enough to officially grow my team and expand the scope of services I offered.
There were times I felt stuck and seriously considered returning to a full-time role at a company. But every time that thought crossed my mind, I pushed myself outside my comfort zone, went after new client opportunities—and every single time, I attracted them.
One of my greatest strengths has been my ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with the clients I work with. Those relationships have been the foundation of my growth, as satisfied clients continue to recommend me and my marketing services to other brands.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I’ve committed to staying relentlessly hungry for growth. Whenever I consider partnering with a new client or pursuing an opportunity, I ask myself one key question: How will this relationship contribute to my growth and learning—just as much as the value I bring them through my knowledge and expertise?
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What will you regret not doing?
I’m constantly challenging myself to evaluate whether I’m taking enough risks. As my business, team, and client portfolio grow, so do the responsibilities across the board. My greatest fear is becoming stagnant—choosing to maintain the status quo instead of taking bold risks that will push the business to its next stage of growth.
