An Inspired Chat with Krystle Karee of Palm Beach

We recently had the chance to connect with Krystle Karee and have shared our conversation below.

Good morning Krystle, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
I really value all three, but integrity is my non-negotiable. Intelligence and energy matter a lot, but without honesty and a consistent moral compass, they can feel empty or even risky. I tend to read people and situations through my “ethics first” filter, and once I know someone’s grounded in integrity, then I can really appreciate how smart or driven they are.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Krystle Karee, Founder and CEO of Think Magik Solutions, a boutique brand and web design studio based in South Florida. We help mission-driven businesses transform their ideas into bold, strategic visual identities and digital experiences that not only look beautiful but also drive measurable growth.

What makes Think Magik unique is our end-to-end approach. We don’t just design a logo or website and walk away, we embed ourselves into our clients’ journey, aligning their brand strategy, service model, and customer experience to their long-term business goals. Our work combines creativity and strategy, ensuring every design decision has a purpose and a measurable impact.

I started Think Magik after realizing that many small businesses were missing the bridge between having a vision and bringing it to life in a way that truly connects with their audience. Today, we partner with clients across industries, from e-commerce to legal to private security, and in some cases, work as an integrated extension of their team to manage their brand’s growth over time.

Right now, I’m especially excited about our Brand Management Subscription Program, where we take a client’s brand from strategy and identity into full implementation across social, email, and web. It’s about creating consistent, conversion-focused touchpoints so our clients can focus on what they do best, knowing their brand is working for them every day.

At the core, Think Magik exists to help brands show up with confidence, connect with their ideal audience, and become impossible to ignore.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest sense of power came from realizing I could shape reality through focus, discipline, and vision. In sports, I thrived on mastery, out-thinking my opponent, merging skill with strategy, and fueling it all with that inner drive for excellence.

In my creative work, it showed up differently but came from the same place. There’s a deep emotional connection for me in the process of creating and refining. That moment when an idea takes shape exactly as I pictured, or even better, gives me this electric feeling that I can bring something from nothing into the world.

What’s something you changed your mind about after failing hard?
After a big failure, I realized that just sitting around daydreaming about the life or outcome I wanted wasn’t going to make it happen. I had to face the problem head-on, map out a real strategy, and then take consistent, focused action until I actually got there.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
The “public me” is the version that’s ready for daylight, authentic to my values, but shared selectively. The real me includes that public self, plus the layers of vulnerability, creative chaos, and emotional depth I keep private.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
I think some people might see my intensity and assume it’s self-punishment or that I’m on the edge of burnout. But for me, work isn’t just effort, it’s alignment. When I’m building something that matters, I’m not draining myself, I’m feeding myself.

Creating security and purpose through my own actions is deeply fulfilling to me. I thrive in motion, and moving toward a goal actually restores me. I know many people see “hard work” as depletion, but for me, focused work is a flow state and that’s as close as I get to spiritual and emotional renewal.
