Jerm, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
Passion-woven incentive surely is leading my current fulfilling journey: Operating an online & in-person creative performance (since 2017, to now corresponding with you in 2025+). My passion to create and feel alleviation is highly worthwhile to get lost in personally : ) It rejuvenates me: I foster success for myself while reigniting a colorful (collectible & artwork driven) presence that’s not only ecoconscious, it’s made to recognize streetwear trends that produce distinct impact throughout social interaction I’ve fortunately found myself because of. I wanted to make a big splash entering the world of creators alike! My creative fulfillment gives me hope and genuinely gathers people – This livelihood of mine at present’s divine, I can’t tell you how many times my recognition for being an artist has saved me + helped to envision a new influence in ecoconsciousness with stylish accents : )
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
This is Jerm V. (Online & Live Creative Display Table – Shop Operator, Dweeb Kil., Dude Kilauea, Valentine Heart Studio Art) 🌊🌏🌱 In 2025, I’ve maintained operation of an ecoconscious creative fashion & streetgear collection by the name of “Dweeb Kil.” (@dweebkil x @dudekilauea): Throughout the East Coast (in spots across North Carolina, Georgia, & Florida). This kind of creative performance is almost like a catalog! It’s purposefully made to house my artwork/illustrations, streetwear I can screenprint & fashion into existence, & acts as a visual catalog of revolving collectibles I’ve made purchasable at various vending markets, event stages, and festivals aplenty.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Watching cartoons and animated spectacles as a younger person gave me a grand sense of sensationalism and wonder heavily. I completely want to become a creative director of sorts: Creating movies, soundtracks, designs I dream about, it’s a vivid image I’m trying to paint this far. I could imagine all the times where enjoying Lilo and Stitch or revisiting a horror movie from the 1950’s was the crown jewel of my day, through exploring the caverns of goodies you’ll happen upon while watching creative people infuse their ideas with true storyboarded precision or tact. I saw this at a young age and knew I wanted to create.
Is there something you miss that no one else knows about?
I do miss a lot of friends and intimate moments you gather across time spent hanging out! It’s not something I’m completely sad about, but you do feel a sense of nostalgia or willingness to go back to those experiences. It’s totally okay to feel joy from those days giving you enriched influence! : ) That’s why I create I think – I’m leaving behind valuable moments of genuine guidance for myself and potentially people that stop by. Whenever I miss those previous interactions, I give myself a chance to feel good for having the memory in the first place : )
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I’m totally trying to cultivate more hope for the future of greener solutions or attention towards environmental awareness incentives that still exist! In 2025, I currently invested time into adopting new blue (motorized) handheld fans for my creative display table: This acts as an alleviation product for many folks across the East Coast/North Atlantic Ocean, having convenience of cooling battery operated wind turbines made for personal use; with a stylish smooth figure to match! It’s completely fetch and a fine example of the distinct creative journey I’m hoping to foster heavily. I’ve given care for more lighthearted collectible/fashion centric items – The newest and signatured (in white) black “Bottle Opener Earrings” with devotion. “Becoming the life of the party” was an essential quote to help advertise these products, and it gives me renewed inspiration to endlessly conceptualize these projects thoughtfully : )
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
Whether it be through my will, my spirit, or the influence I carry, I’m hoping to blossom + pop up in conversation as renowned – for outspoken artistry I devoted heart towards and fulfill to this day! I’ll bloom and travel the world outside of these times I still cultivate, I’m an idea gatherer amidst this creative process I love and find motivation from. I hope my story glows and resonates with hearts alike. Those artists or open minds that genuinely held potential! I love to illustrate, so I’ll always have my personal ability to doodle in journals I can then collect…no one else can give life to these cool ideas I’ve dreamt about : ) Throughout my story, artwork and spirited nature unfurled in a collective harmony, like a spectacle!
