Today we’d like to introduce you to Chloe Zambrano.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I didn’t always see myself in real estate. A mentor once told me I’d be great at it, and while I wasn’t entirely convinced at the time, I did know one thing: I’ve always been passionate about helping people. And what’s more meaningful than guiding someone through the emotional journey of finding a new home—or parting with one that holds years of cherished memories?
I first entered the industry on the fix-and-flip side in Fort Lauderdale, where I quickly became immersed in the listing and selling process. From hosting open houses to building connections with prospective buyers, I hit the ground running. During my first year alone, I hosted open houses nearly every weekend—sometimes four in a single weekend—and began cultivating a strong database of buyers that would become the foundation of my business.
As my momentum grew, so did my vision. I relocated to West Palm Beach—at the time, a new and unfamiliar market—and rebuilt from the ground up. I invested time into forming relationships with local professionals, colleagues, and clients, and continued to refine my approach through every transaction.
In the summer of 2024, I had hit a milestone in my career that helped solidify my standing within the company and my local market. Since then, I’ve been honored to receive Coldwell Banker’s 2024 International Diamond Society Award, recognizing the top tier of agents nationwide, and to be named among the Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30 Class of 2025, a distinction that celebrates emerging leaders in real estate.
Today, I combine my deep understanding of South Florida’s tri-county market to provide well-rounded, client-focused service. Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, or seasoned investors, my goal remains the same: to offer honest guidance, thoughtful strategy, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—but I don’t think it’s supposed to be. From the very beginning, I was told that no two transactions are ever the same, and that’s proven to be true time and time again. Real estate constantly challenges you in unexpected ways, and while that can be tough, it’s also what makes the work so rewarding. I’ve always been passionate about growth, and this career forces you to stretch and evolve with every deal, even when you think you’ve got it all figured out.
One of the biggest struggles early on was lead generation. Like many agents, I had to learn quickly that this business will only return what you put into it. I had to overcome the discomfort of cold calling, push through weekends filled with open houses, and stay consistent even when results weren’t immediate.
There are also the emotional and financial ups and downs that come with the territory. This is a relationship-based business, and every client comes with different expectations, personalities, and timelines. Learning to be adaptable, communicative, and empathetic has been essential—and I’d say those qualities have become some of my biggest strengths.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Chloe Zambrano Your South Florida Realtor ?
I’m a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, serving clients throughout South Florida—from Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach. My business is rooted in personalized service, strong local knowledge, and the belief that every client deserves both strategy and empathy throughout their real estate journey.
I specialize in working with a wide range of clients—first-time buyers, buyers and sellers relocating or downsizing, and investors looking to expand their portfolios. I’m particularly known for being hands-on, communicative, and extremely detail-oriented. Whether it’s guiding someone through their first home purchase or preparing a property to hit the market for top dollar, I’m with my clients every step of the way. I also draw from a background in the mortgage industry, which helps me better support clients navigating the financial side of the transaction.
What sets my brand apart is the consistency and care behind everything I do. I’m not about sales volume for the sake of numbers—I’m about relationships and long-term trust. Many of my clients come to me through referrals, which is something I’m incredibly proud of because it tells me that people feel well taken care of. Also, a big part of what sets my brand apart is my marketing approach. I put a lot of time and thought into making sure each listing is marketed in a modern, polished, and strategic way—through professional visuals, compelling copy, targeted online exposure, and curated open house experiences. Every property I represent is treated with care and attention to detail, and my clients appreciate that elevated presentation.
Brand-wise, I’m proud to be recognized by Coldwell Banker as part of their 2025 30 Under 30 Class and as a 2024 International Diamond Society award recipient—both honors that reflect hard work, consistency, and client-first values.
For anyone reading this: my mission is to make real estate less overwhelming and more empowering. I want clients to feel confident, informed, and supported throughout the entire process—whether they’re buying, selling, investing, or just exploring their options. My business isn’t transactional, it’s personal—and that’s the foundation I’ve built everything on.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I think risk is an inevitable part of growth—especially in real estate. Whether it’s putting yourself out there to build a business from scratch or navigating high-stakes negotiations, there’s always some level of uncertainty. But I’ve learned that the real risk is staying in your comfort zone too long.
One of the biggest risks I’ve taken was relocating my business to West Palm Beach. I had built my foundation in Fort Lauderdale—my network, my leads, my systems—and moving to a completely new market meant starting over. I didn’t know how long it would take to rebuild, but I knew I had the drive to do it. That decision was a turning point in my career. It forced me to level up, make new connections, and expand my market knowledge. Looking back, that leap of faith directly led to my most successful year yet.
I don’t necessarily see myself as a risk-taker in the traditional sense, but I do believe in betting on myself. Real estate is a business that rewards consistency, but it also requires you to take bold steps when the time is right—whether that’s investing in better marketing, pursuing bigger listings, or simply trusting your gut in tough moments.
To me, risk is about courage. It’s about being willing to move forward without having all the answers, and trusting that your work ethic, integrity, and adaptability will carry you through. That mindset has made, and continues to make, all the difference in my business.
