Hi Taly, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After 17 years at Costco, I was grateful for the stability — but deep down, I knew I was meant for more. I studied ultrasound and graduated Magna Cum Laude, then tried real estate, but neither path fulfilled me. I was tired of not being able to fully be myself.
I’ve always had an eye for beauty — in my 20s I worked at beauty counters, but never took it seriously. At 36, I finally decided to follow my passion. I enrolled in a 9-month makeup school, and everything changed. I found my purpose in helping others feel confident and beautiful. That journey led me to lash artistry and permanent makeup — where I finally feel aligned, free, and fulfilled.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Opening a bussiness is really hard. But I was determined to make it work. The first 2 years lashing I worked in salons where I was getting paid the minimum.. then I started commission but i hardly had clients. I finnally open a suite so cheap but still couldn’t afford it. It took me a while but I finally had a portafolio and enough clients to open another suite and try again. Sure I got booked but unfortunately didn’t know how to handle it and I got burned out , many times I wanted to quit out of just working too much. But I kept learning instead and organized my self better.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I m a master lash artist first even though I do many other things like makeup hair styling , brow design and permanent makeup.
Im know for being a perfectionist. Some of clients also share with me their life’s and struggles and I do with them. I come from a situation where I had to heal emotionally and mentally and they had relate with me and me with them. My circle of clients have become and empowering time for each other.
What sets me apart is my work ethic ,my long lasting lash sets amd great styling and an amazing friendship that builds on lifting each other’s
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
I believe on healing your mind to live better lives and experience better relationships. We are projecting from with in. That is the secret of love success and everything you want in your life. That’s how I did it . Healing changes a poor mind set.
