Today we’d like to introduce you to Anate Yepes.
Hi Anate , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My story didn’t begin in a meditation room; it began in chaos.
As a child, I battled with intense emotions, hyperactivity, and anxiety that later showed up as chronic symptoms, depression, and a bipolar diagnosis. I tried to follow the expected path, studied electrical engineering, earned an MBA, built a “successful” life on paper, but deep down, I was on medication, frustrated and felt disconnected from myself.
Everything changed after a painful divorce at 30. That breaking point forced me to confront the parts of me I had long ignored. During that emotional collapse, I felt I had two choices: keep surviving, or radically change.
I chose to change. I began searching for alternative therapies, holistic tools, and practices that would help me understand myself and begin to heal from the inside out.
Life took me to Chile, where I spent seven deeply transformative years, and later to Miami, where I continued expanding both my life and my work. Along the way, I immersed myself in Gestalt Psychotherapy, neuroscience-based habit change, breathwork, ancestral practices, somatic healing, and spiritual studies.
My journey has also been deeply inspired by the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Eckhart Tolle, and other teachers, whose work helped me understand how presence, consciousness, and energy shape our reality. Their wisdom gave language to experiences my soul already knew.
More than any title or training, what shaped me was going through the fire myself. Falling apart. Rebuilding with intention. Choosing love over fear again and again.
Out of that journey, Conscious Integration was born. It’s not a method I created in a classroom; it’s the living synthesis of everything I’ve walked through. It’s a path that helps others reconnect with their intuition, release emotional blocks, and align with their deeper truth; not just mentally, but emotionally, physically, and energetically.
Today, I guide others through their own rebirth, not to become someone else, but to remember who they truly are.
Because what life has taught me is this:
We don’t evolve by escaping our pain. We evolve by embracing it, integrating it, and allowing it to reveal the strength that was always there.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—it’s been a brave one.
Moving to a new country twice was one of the most disorienting and humbling experiences of my life. I had to start from zero, rebuild my network, and learn to express the depth of my work in a language that wasn’t mine. That challenged not only my confidence, but also my sense of identity and belonging.
Behind the scenes, there were moments of deep doubt, isolation, and financial uncertainty. There were days when I questioned if my voice would ever be heard or if people would understand the depth of what I offer. But every struggle became a teacher.
Each challenge invited me to refine my path, deepen my inner work, and embody what I now teach. I had to live through the very tools I now share—from emotional regulation and somatic healing, to spiritual connection and mental reprogramming.
So no, the road wasn’t smooth. But it was real. And it shaped me into the guide I am today—someone who doesn’t just teach transformation, but lives it, every day.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
What makes our work unique is the conscious integration of dimensions that are often treated separately: science and spirituality, mind and body, intuition and logic, presence and performance.
We don’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level tools. We guide people who are ready to go deeper—who want to understand why they feel what they feel, why they repeat certain patterns, and how to truly reconnect with their essence to live with authenticity and coherence.
We are known for offering transformational programs, personalized coaching, therapeutic journeys, and immersive retreats that activate lasting changes. Our clients are often leaders, coaches, and seekers—people who are already supporting others but feel the call to first meet themselves with honesty and depth.
What sets us apart is our courage to go beyond the conventional. We teach people not just to manage emotions, but to alchemize their pain into personal power.
We speak to the brave ones—the ones willing to face their shadows to shine truly.
Brand-wise, I am most proud of our coherence. Every offering—from a one-on-one session to a retreat in Egypt or a corporate workshop—is infused with the same essence: presence, depth, and the reminder that healing is not about fixing, but about integrating.
What I want readers to know is this:
You are not broken. You are becoming.
And when you have the right space, guidance, and tools, you can reconnect with your own wisdom and create the life that your soul truly came here to live.
Awakening Together!
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Well, one thing is: You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to be “fixed.”
You just need to be willing. Willing to feel. To question. To pause.
Willing to meet yourself without judgment—and with deep honesty.
When you begin this process, you’re answering a sacred call: the call to come back home to yourself.
It might feel uncomfortable at first. You may find pain, confusion, or resistance. That’s okay. That’s not failure—that’s awakening.
Start with what you have. One breath. One choice. One small act of self-respect.
That’s how the shift begins. Not by trying to change everything at once, but by choosing, moment by moment, to listen to your truth instead of your fear.
What I wish I had known early on is that the path doesn’t demand perfection. It asks for presence. For curiosity. And above all, for courage—the courage to feel, to surrender, and to grow. And no, you don’t have to do it alone. Find a space that feels safe. A guide who sees you beyond your story. A community that walks with you, not ahead of you.
You are not broken. You are becoming.
And every brave step you take toward yourself is already a healing.
