Today we’d like to introduce you to Nelanie Turli.
Hi Nelanie, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started modeling when I was 15, signed with Elite Models in Miami, and from there, everything kind of unfolded—campaigns, music videos, and slowly building my personal brand. I’m originally from Venezuela, and moving to Miami taught me how to create something from nothing. Now I mix fashion, wellness, and storytelling through content and events that are deeply personal to me.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve had to rebuild myself more times than I can count. There were seasons of heartbreak, of deep insecurity, of feeling invisible—especially as an immigrant woman in an industry that sometimes forgets the heart behind the beauty. But I always come back to God, to truth, and to softness as power.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a fashion model mainly but everything transitioned to content creator, marketing agency founder, and yoga teacher in the making. I’m known for curating experiences that blend beauty and soul—from wellness events with bunnies and kittens, to fashion shows that feel like poetry. What sets me apart is how real I am—everything I do comes from emotion, from purpose. People feel it.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I’m a big fan of journaling apps like “DailyBean” and I’m always reading something spiritual or introspective—like “The Mountain Is You” or devotionals by Sarah Jakes Roberts. Music is also therapy for me. And I have voice notes with God… they’re kind of my secret podcast.
