Today we’d like to introduce you to Gloria Grossbard.
Hi Gloria, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I began my 1st career as a Dental Hygienist. I practiced chairside for 12 years. I worked for a large DSO (Dental service organization) of 80+ dental practices . I had a vision of growth for this organization in the Dental Hygiene space.
I left chairside and partnered with the CEO of the organization. I quickly expanded and trained every dental hygienist dentist and their teams on new and current standards of care for our patients. I advanced and transformed the Dental Industry to a very profitable and quality oriented care for all aspects of dentistry. We expanded our organization and grew the business to a 400+ DSO! I was VP of Dental Hygiene for 30 years also launched an individual consulting company as side entity of the DSO that expanded to Thousands of Hygienists across the United States. We had a very successful journey for another 10 years. I then took time off to care for my elderly mother with advanced Altzheimers disease. I realized that my journey was not over and need more to accomplish this life. I set out to write an inspirational book about my 4 marriages and several miracle stories about my identical twins and my 1st grandaughter that were not supposed to live. I published and sold my book on Amazon.com- The Warrior in Me. I also have a love for gourmet food and was taking many delicacies to all of my neighbors in Coral Gables. I have a rich cuban./spanish background and now launching my Friday-Saturday Gourmet events called GG’s Gourmet kitchen dinner delivery service for Coral Gables residents this September 2025! I also partnered with a friend and currently sell Unique and fancy Jean Jackets in art shows. We are currently working on the exact brand and how to expand this amazing business entity. create much happiness around all that I do! I have another business partner in th dental pace and we are starting the 1st emergency care dental practices in Orlando Florida! I love people ,food and wine, and want to create happiness in those that connect to!
So watch out world- GG is only starting!!!!!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all!!!! Every step has it’s challenges and I believe that through hard work and perseverance you can accomplished anything to set your mind to do! Always looking and forward thinking for opportunities that knock our doors!

I specialize in Growing Dentistry Practices through High Standard of Patient Care along while providing effective and efficient sustainable growth and great customer service. I have also been a people person and seek professionalism in all that i’m involved with. I believe that this differencietes me from others. I love to serve my community and friends and that bring me happiness and peace to my life. I have a strong belief in GOD and good people! I’m also creative , a foody and love to entertain!! I’m also a fun loving person with lot’s of energy!!!!!
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
I always forgive, but never forget what life has shown me. Never hold a grudge because it’s our journey and we need to take it in stride and understand all the blessings we had. Everything happens for a reason- these are lessons of wisdom and continual learning and improvement. GOD is in control, not us.
