My journey has been anything but linear — and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I started with a deep love for culture, storytelling, and travel, but like many people, I initially followed a more traditional path, thinking that’s what “success” was supposed to look like. Over time, though, I realized that true success is living in alignment with who you are at your core.
I leaned into my passions — travel, education, connecting people to something greater than themselves — and step by step, I built a business that reflects my heart and vision. It hasn’t always easy (hello, growing pains!), but every twist and turn taught me resilience, creativity, and the importance of staying true to my purpose.
Today, I help others experience the world in deeper, more meaningful ways — and I see myself not just as a travel professional, but as a bridge between cultures, a storyteller, and a guide for those ready to expand their horizons. I believe our journeys are powerful, and sharing them can light the way for others. That’s what keeps me moving forward every single day.
I’m also expanding my work beyond planning transformational trips. I’m mentoring and empowering other travel advisors to weave deeper cultural experiences into the journeys they create for their clients. It’s about creating travel that not only leaves footprints on the ground, but on the heart.
My story is still being written, but if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: when you build from your passion, stay rooted in your purpose, and dare to reimagine the way things are done, you don’t just succeed — you lead. And that’s exactly what I’m here to do.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Smooth road? Not even close — and honestly, that’s part of what makes this journey so meaningful.
When I first started as a travel advisor, I knew I loved travel with every fiber of my being. That part was crystal clear. But what I didn’t fully understand was the inner workings of the business — the client management, the financial planning, the various business models in the industry — all the things that turn a passion into a sustainable business. I had to learn those lessons, sometimes the hard (and expensive!) way.
There were seasons of doubt, slow seasons when the phone wasn’t ringing, and moments when it felt easier to question myself than to trust the process. And let’s be honest — the entrepreneurial journey is a rollercoaster. The highs are exhilarating, but the lows can make you wonder what on earth you were thinking.
Through it all, my “why” has been my seatbelt — keeping me grounded, anchored, and safe through every twist, turn, climb, and free-fall. My passion for cultural connection, education, and meaningful travel has always pulled me forward, even when the path wasn’t clear.
Over time, I’ve evolved. I’ve learned how to pivot when necessary, grow when challenged, and stay rooted in the bigger vision even when the day-to-day felt overwhelming.
The road hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been real — and it’s shaped me into someone who is not just resilient, but truly purpose-driven.
