Hi Abraham, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We started on the construction industry in 2016, we were working for different General Contractors within the high-end residential market. Right when Covid hit in 2020, most businesses slowed down at the beginning and we saw the opportunity to start Five Eighteen, focused on that same niche. We started with small renovation work for friends and family, and the demand started to grow as some of the major cities were on shutdown and people started flying to Miami/Florida. Since then, we’ve expanded to ground up construction for single family residences throughout Dade and Broward Counties.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We’ve had several challenges from a business stand-point of operating a company, but we’ve been blessed in the amount of work we’ve received through referrals and word of mouth from our previous clients. We’ve always been focused on client service and I believe that is something not as easy to find in our specific industry.
