Today we’re excited to be connecting with Stephanie Agudelo again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Stephanie , always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
My name is Stephanie Agudelo, and I am a creative photographer and curator with a deep passion for artistic expression. As a photographer, my work has been featured in numerous magazines and exhibited both locally and internationally, reflecting my dedication to sharing meaningful stories through my lens.
My curatorial journey began with Populoum, a brand I founded alongside my significant other, Ora. Together, we curated pop-up art exhibitions designed to provide emerging artists with a platform to showcase their talent. This endeavor was an incredible opportunity to connect with talented individuals and create spaces where their work could shine.
Eventually, I transitioned to a new chapter as the event coordinator for the Imagine Museum. This role not only elevated my career but also provided me with the stability to continue supporting emerging artists on a larger scale. It’s been immensely rewarding to blend my creativity with a commitment to fostering artistic communities.
Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
I’m thrilled to share some exciting news! I’m still working as the event coordinator at the Imagine Museum, where I’ve spent over a year creating meaningful opportunities for emerging local talent. While this journey has been incredibly rewarding, I’ve realized there’s a part of my life I’ve been missing—my photography. I had put my creative craft on hold as I focused on this new career path.
However, things are about to change! Ora recently landed an amazing opportunity to open a gallery in downtown St. Pete, and the space has enough room for me to establish my very own photography studio. I’m beyond excited to get back to my roots and reignite my passion for photography.
This new space will allow us to sell art, curate exhibitions, host community events, and provide a creative hub for others. I can’t wait to see what this next chapter holds and to share it with all of you!

It’s incredibly important to me to be a source of encouragement and support for the art community. I strive to create opportunities that empower artists to showcase their talents, share their stories, and step into their greatness. My hope is to be remembered not just as someone who facilitated their success, but as someone who found joy in watching them shine and thrive. That’s what makes this journey so meaningful for me.
